Pull the Weeds

Affirmation:
I easily and quickly release all that distract, delays, detours and disappoints me.
I undo the beliefs, opinions and judgments that interfere with my happiness and inner peace.
I take care of what is mine to do to find my own inner balance.
I give myself the love and care I need in every way everyday.

Full Moon tomorrow Sunday at 10:08AM.

What are the weeds in you life?
What distracts you and interferes?
What chokes out your happiness and gratitude?
What delays you from nourishing all that is wholesome within You?

Much of life is simple.
Most of our success can be simple.
Many of our relationships can be simplified.
We often make much ado about nothing.

What is it that you allow to distract, delay, disappoint and deny you?
Are you spending your focus and energy on what is negative and seems to consume you?
Are you overwhelmed by the work of defending and protecting what you have?
Have you spent amazing amounts of time and money on what you want to get rid of and avoid?

Consider focusing only on planting, nurturing and appreciating the Good.
Give your All to what is truly Good for you.
Stop talking and worrying about what is not Good for you.
Appreciate and uplift the Best in you and your life.

Marriages become peaceful.
Children become respectful.
Adults value your example.
Finances and health find a healthy balance.

When we focus on what is wrong, the yield is more to weed out, fix or avoid.
When we focus on what is right, the yield is more to be grateful for as we see the good.
When we want peace and happiness, we must choose to be peaceful and happy.
When we forget and make conflict and unhappiness, we can apologize and forgive our forgetting.

Taking responsibility is doing the work ourselves.
Being responsible is being able and willing to respond with love.
Taking responsibility means letting go of blame and guilt.
Being responsible means “I am will to do whatever it takes to be my best consistently.”

When I see something that needs to be done. It is mine to do.
When I feel neglected, it is my job to give attention to me.
When I wonder why people are not more appreciative, I am called to appreciate more.
When I see a lack of love and consciousness, I am called to be more loving and conscious.

Where you see lack or need, it is yours to do.
When you find disappointment or depression, it is yours to be appreciative and expressive.
When you find conflict and uncertainty, it is your to be clear and confident.
When you get lost in selfish motives and separation, it is yours to be giving and connected.

Life is giving us messages all the time.
When we listen, we see “It is up to Me.”

If you don’t know how, ask and I will share with you and show you joyfully,
Always loving you,
Betty Lue

I still recommend Love Is Letting Go of Fear by Jerry Jampolsky, MD after 35 yrs.
Maybe it is time for you to find your own path to do the work to harvest the life you really want!
If you already have your life path and purpose and are happy and at peace, share it with others.
Our world needs to know how to pull the weeds in our thoughts, our words and our behavior.
