About Time

Life is good and getting better.
I choose to free myself from limiting beliefs.
I trust myself to live fully and freely.
I now experience unlimited happiness and inner peace.

Is it about time you get your life together?
Is it about time you heal past relationships?
Is it about time you take care for your body?
Is it about time you find the path to inner peace?

Are you ready to do whatever it takes?
Are you willing to stop making excuses?
Are you open to taking full responsibility?
Are you able to make the changes in thinking?

You see, it is always up to you and me.
You know, there is no one to blame.
You realize it is you that makes your dreams come true.
You can guess that this requires you stop being complacent.

It may seem easier to do nothing.
It may be that you don’t want to get disappointed.
It may look like it is at least tolerable right now.
But where is your life going?

This is the season for letting go.
We can undo whatever no longer serves our Good.
We can stop unhealthy habits of mind and body.
We can forgive all past mistakes and choose again.

Today can truly be the first day of the rest of your life.
You can enable yourself to step up to a new way of being.
You can take your life back and make it really Good.
You are totally capable of having the life you really want.

Why people settle for what they have is ignorance.
When we don’t know better, we cannot do better.
When people believe this is as good as it gets, they quit on living.
When we see what can be better, we need to learn more.

Life is meant to be good for all, not just some lucky ones.
Life is meant to be an open field of infinite possibility for you and me.
Life is the place we learn to become all we can dream of being.
Life is the opportunity of this and every lifetime, every day, every moment.

You can choose to succeed, if you believe.
You can use all the resources available.
You can be fulfilled and happy with what you have.
You can be open-minded and appreciative of all you are.

Live with no limitations.

“Our Greatest Fear”

Our greatest fear
is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light,
not our darkness,
that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves,
“Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented and fabulous?”
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that others won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some of us,
it is in everyone,
and as we let our own light shine
we unconsciously give other people permission
to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear
our presence automatically liberates others.
