What Slows You Down?

Trying to be right?
Inner Conflict?
Lack of Self Trust?
Listening to other’s opinions?
Holding too many thoughts?
Having too much to do?.

Try affirmations!
Affirmations are positive freeing thoughts that remove the negative limiting thoughts.
Affirmations are erasers that replace thoughts of lack with thoughts of abundance.
Affirmations are tools to clear the mind from ordinary programmed thinking with an open mind.

Use them and see what they do for you.
You will not believe them, because they are contrary to what you now believe.
You may feel like you are lying, because they are designed to wash away the lies we have believed.
You may feel like they are brain-washing and even hypnotic programming, because they are.

I describe the process as house-cleaning our mind, our beliefs and opinions, clearing the clutter.
Affirmations are like cosmic mental enema, designed to clear our mind from all limiting thoughts.
With an open mind, we can begin to hear what we really want, and what is for our Good.
We can open our mind and heart to listen to Spirit, (inspiration) from within.

Here are some you might want to try.
  • It is recommended that we do no more than three at a time.
  • Repeated aloud and written 20 times daily for 14 days.
  • Include your name so you take it personally.

I ________ forgive myself for limiting myself.
I ________ free myself to be all I Am.
Letting go is fun, safe and easy for me.


I ________forgive myself for letting anyone or anything hurt me.
I _______ forgive myself for shutting down or limiting anyone else.
I _______now free us all to realize our highest and best Self.

Begin where you are.
Begin to clear the fear and hurt, regret and resentment.
Begin to live your life fully and freely.
Begin to heal and grow, appreciate and enjoy it all.

This daily practice will heal and transform your life
With continued practice, there will be a spiritual awakening.

Forgiveness heals our perception and gives us Response-Ability.
Choice empowers us to Create our Experience Consciously.
Gratitude expands what we Choose and increases our Joy.

Daily Practice:
Begin each morning with a pad of lined paper and a pen.
Write and say 30 forgivenesses as they come to mind. 
Simply write “I forgive”…and let the rest just come from within. 
(No need to understand or feel anything.)
I forgive you for being mean.
I forgive myself for letting anyone hurt me.
I forgive my body’s limitation.
I forgive myself for being late.
I forgive everything.
Make the sound “AAAH” for 1-2 minutes.
Imagine that you are opening your mind.
Now write and say 30 Choices. 
I choose to be happy. 
I choose to be free.  
I choose to do what I love. 
I choose to forgive….
In the Evening (before bed)
Write and say 30 Gratitudes
I appreciate the energy I have.
I love being happy.
I am grateful I have you in my life.
I thank God.
Make the  sound “OM”  the Universal sound for Love and God for 1-2 minutes.

PS Even a few of each is better than none.  
Do what you can and trust it is working.
