What Is Stopping You?

See Homework at the bottom to get you going!!

What blocks your way?
What keeps you stuck?
What prevents you from doing what you really want?
What makes you interferes with your happiness and success?

What gives you an excuse to quit?
What frustrates and makes you mad?
What are you using to confuse you?
What are you conflicts with your best interest?

Are you listening to others?
Are you seeking someone’s agreement?
Do you want approval from others?
Do you trust someone else more than yourself?

Usual excuses and explanations:
Fear of making a mistake?
Fear of other’s disapproval?
Fear of being wrong?
Fear of the unknown?
Fear of acting impulsively?
Fear of being shamed or ridiculed?
Fear of losing it all?
Fear of being afraid, lost and confused?
Fear of being uncomfortable?

Whatever the excuses, if you know it is time to make the change,  just do it !
If you feel happy with the choice, trust yourself.
If you are inspired to do something to benefit others, step forward.
Remember you can always change your mind and choose again.

The best adventures, risks, stepping out of the ordinary are always valuable.
Remember to forgive, erase and release any negative, fearful and judgmental thoughts.
Realize that life at its best is an adventure in learning and growth, healing and creativity.
Give yourself the benefit of your trust and free yourself to step forward with Vision, Faith, Desire, Commitment, Strategy. Action and Gratitude.

Create a new and improved and inspiring life for yourself.
Develop trust, freedom, courage, Empowerment, forgiveness, healing, learning, flexibility, novelty, resilience, inspiration, excitement, faith in higher power, creativity, expansive vision, open-mindedness, defenselessness and willingness.
Believe in yourself and your inner inspiring vision and go for it.

Believing in you and your willingness to step our of your comfort and compliance zone.

Make a list of what you really want for your life: (preferably qualities of life.)
Ask your partner and children to do the same:
Affirm that everyone is blessed with what they really want.

What do I really want in my life?
(Make a list of at least 20 wants. Freely write down everything that comes to mind, with no censoring or limits.)
What does your heart want for you?
What is your simplest wish for yourself?
What do you really want to have?
What do you really want to be?
What do you really want to do?

What do I love to do?
What makes me the happiest?
What is my secret ambition?
What has given me the most satisfaction in the past?
What excites me about life?

Based on the answers above, develop a short paragraph outlining your purpose. Take the three top priorities from the four areas to which you just committed answers. Construct a statement that explains what you are beginning to sense in your purpose. This can be a work in progress. What is important is to commit to something in writing. Your purpose can be anything you want it to be and it can include anything that is important to you.
