Ever Renewing Life

Fear depletes and Love renews.

As we watch the spring burst forth with new life, we are inspired with hope.
As we feel the warmth of the sun on the earth, we are filled with inspiration.
As we hear the sounds of birds feeding their young, we enjoy renewed faith.
All things are born again in our hearts and minds, as we remember to enjoy and be grateful.

There is no death.
What we call death is merely the letting go of what no longer serves its higher purpose.
What we see as the end is merely the beginning of new possibilities and opportunities.
When we cling to the old and hang on for dear life, we may cause suffering and pain.

Love never ends.
Love is Who We Are.
Life is Love.
When we live in Love, the Love We Are never ends.

Rejoice we are a resurrected people...each minute is a new chance to begin again. Alleluia  C. Jahn
What do you do to renew your life daily?
If your life is your body, you renew your body with food, water, air, exercise and sleep.
When you neglect your body you may use supplements, specific therapies and remedies.
If your life is your body, this will sustain and maintain your body for as long as it is useful.

If you believe your life is your money, you try to keep your money safe and healthy and growing.
If you believe your life is your relationships, you work to renew and enhance your connections.
If you believe your life is your work, you make sure you are productive and successful on the job.
If you believe your life is meaningless, you allow yourself to sink into lethargy and depression.

If your Life is your Love, your Essence, your Spirit,……
How do you renew your Spirit daily?

The 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing

1.       The essence of our being is love.
2.       Health is inner peace, healing is letting go of fear.
3.       Giving and receiving are the same.
4.       We can let go of the past and of the future.
5.       Now is the only time there is, and each instant is for giving.
6.       We can learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than by judging.
7.       We can become love finders rather than fault finders.
8.       We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside, regardless of what is happening outside.
9.       We are students and teachers to each other.
10.    We can focus on the whole of life, rather than the fragments.
11.    Since love is eternal, change need not be viewed as fearful.
12.    We can always perceive others as either extending love or giving a call for help.
Attitudinal Healing affirms that we are responsible for our thoughts and whatever feelings we experience.
Attitudinal Healing encourages us to re-examine our relationships, bringing them into the present by releasing past judgments and grievances.
Attitudinal Healing reminds us that perception is a mirror of what is in our mind.
