What Do You Value?

What you value you demonstrate with your time, money and energy.
What you value you appreciate fully with your thoughts, words and activities.
What you value you live and love and give.
What you value you know by what shows up in your life.

Many live in conflict with what they say they value.
Many function by valuing what others value.
Look at what you think and talk about most.
What you think about and talk about will show up more in your life.

I often encounter those who are focused on lack.
Are you focused on “not being enough and not doing enough and not having enough?”
Are you feeling needy and afraid of not having what you need?
Are you worried and afraid of losing someone or something you love?

When we focus on not having, we cannot enjoy and appreciate (increase) what we have.
When we worry about anything, we contract our life energy and our creative energy.
When we enjoy and celebrate what we have, we are fully receiving and fulfilled.
When we are counting our blessings instead of our fears, our concerns dissolve and our blessings increase.

During challenging times with health, financial and relationship issues, we need to be more vigilant.
Become aware of how blessed you are with what you do have and can do.
Be fully grateful for every penny received, instead of wishing it were more.
Be respectful or every kindness given rather than focusing on how little people care.

I have been experimenting most of my life on these issues of values and flow of energy.
I have discovered that our values show up in our consciousness because this is where we put our attention.
I have noticed that those who do not live their values stay upset, worried and afraid.
I have seen how when we forgive our mistaken perceptions immediately, we can change our minds quickly.

Some observations:
People are slow to change their values, habits, expenditures and communication, because they believe their thoughts and words.
People often adapt to their cultural norms rather than facing their own internal moral values.
People often forsake what is practical and rational for their every-changing feelings and learned “needs”.
People seem to keep doing the same thing over and over thinking they will get a different result.

The willingness to be flexible always will create success.
The open-mindedness to try something new, will yield a new vision which suits the circumstances.
The trust in one’s ingenuity and creativity will make challenges and adventure rather than disaster.
Seeking advice, inspiration and support from one who lives their values and finds happiness and success is key to learning from everyone and everything.

Everything is a lesson we are here to learn.
Life is fun, safe and easy when we listen to our inner voice of Love.
Everything happens more exquisitely than we can plan.
All upsets are wakeup calls and opportunities to forgive and choose again.

Deep within you and everyone lies the capacity to choose and change, to clarify and create, to commit and communicate.
Deep with us all we can do anything, when we think, speak and act like “we can do anything”.
When we remember our magnificence, our creative power  of thoughts and words, we realize we can do and be and have everything we want for the Good of All.

Loving you and me as we set ourselves free to choose.

Thanking the Giver of All Good Things

Dear GOD: (And remember God lives in You and through You as You!)
I want to thank You for what you have already done.
I am not going to wait until I see results or receive rewards.
I am not going to wait until I feel better or things look better.
I'm not going to wait until people say they are sorry or they stop talking about me.
I am not going to wait until the pain in my body disappears.
I am not going to wait until my financial situation improves.
I am not going to wait until the children are asleep and the house is quiet.
I am not going to wait until I get promoted at work or until I get the job.
I am not going to wait until I understand everything that has caused me pain or grief.
I am not going to wait until the journey gets easier or the challenges are removed.

I am thanking you right now.
I am thanking you because I am alive.
I am thanking you because I made it through the days of difficulties.
I am thanking you because I have walked around the obstacles.
I am thanking you because I have the ability and the opportunity to do more and do better.
I'm thanking you because FATHER, YOU haven't given up on me.

God is just so good, and he/she's good all the time.
