What’s Happening and How To Respond?

Reacting with fear only gets us in stress.
Distress causes faulty thinking and difficulty functioning.
Too much fear clouds your perceptions and clogs your activity flow.
When things seem to be falling apart around us, it is time to get our thoughts and values together.

Fear seems to paralyze and shut us down.
Hope will open up just a little sundhine on the cloudy days.
What is happening right now in our lives can all be used for good.
What got us into trouble was getting too comfortable and going to sleep.

When we sink into lethargy or complacency, we lose sight of what matters and makes a difference.
Now we are experiencing a wakeup call for all of us to look at our lack of responsibility and respect.
We are being woken up by the clarion call of economic crisis.
Something it takes a disaster or emergency to stop and reevaluate our values, our choices and ourselves.

What can you see by looking around you?
· Too much greed and extraneous neediness?
· Too much dependency o someone else to make our decisions for us?
· Too much lack of self control and making choices that are healthy for all?

What would it take for you to live on less?
· Preparing your own meals?
· Walking to the grocery store?
· Stop buying anything you do not absolutely need?
· Carpooling or public transportation to work?
· Eliminate all but essential spending?
· Share housing and meals with others.
· Open your life to contributing time and energy to serving and helping others.
· Be grateful for everything you have.
· Learn to use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.

This will change our lives for the good.

Blessing us all each one,
Betty Lue

Everything Is A Re-run

We keep thinking the same stuff and doing the same things and acting the same way, until we stop ourselves and choose consciously.

All change can work for your benefit.
Change is resisted, feared and avoided, because people usually fear, hate and feel uncomfortable with change.
If you don’t like who you are, how you relate and what you do with your life, you can change.

Life has infinite possibilities.
The way you have chosen is because of habits, learned beliefs and llmited role models.
In order to have options, you must become an explorer, a happy learned, a curious student.
Pay attention to what others do and say. Look for people you admire. Listen closely to how they do their lives. Everything has a purpose and we can make every purpose beneficial.

If your life is not working…
If your relationships are not helpful…
If your attitude is not positive…
You are stuck in judgment and fear.
You can change beginning NOW.

Show up in Life.
Pay attention to your whole life.
Tell yourself the highest Truth you know.

Loving you,
Betty Lue

Give your Self the Best!

Take impeccable care of your Self.
Love, trust and respect yourself.
What is Best for you is best for others.
This is practical, not selfish.

When you are your best, living your full potential and giving from your fullness, everyone benefits.

It takes a change of mind to recognize that when you are tired and hungry, you cannot give the best.
When you are upset and hurting, you are not best for others.
When you are scared and defensive, you are not best for anyone.
When you are confused and distracted, you are not at your best.

Take time everyday to prepare yourself for being your vest self.
Stop overwhelm.
Stop martyrdom.
Stop pushing yourself.
Stop criticizing yourself.

Give yourself simplicity.
Give yourself time off.
Give yourself ease and kindness.
Give yourself always forgiveness.

When you are willing and able to give yourself the very best, others will be blesses.

Such is the truth in the most basic way.

Loving you today and everyday,
Betty Lue

Let Go of Childish Ways

Yes, It is time for us to grow up.
Yes, it is time to become responsible for our happiness.
Yes, it is time for us to be willing to let go of immature behavior.
Yes, it is time to choose the quality of our lives and our relationships.

This is a matter of conscious choice.
It is not dependent on another person.
It is not dependent on finances or agreements.
It is dependent on willingness to be totally responsible for thoughts, words and actions.

How do we grow up and take responsibility?
How do we let go of childish temper tantrums and ranting?
How do we stop unconscious and habitual behaviors?
How do we let go of ineffective and sometimes destructive communication?

Children blame others with “They made me so mad.” Or “He asked for it.”
Adults take responsibility for their own reactions and interactions and their results.
Children hit back, blame and seek revenge, either sneaky or direct.
Adults step away from negative behaviors, listen for the most effective way to respond.

The reactions of most people to negative behavior is to react with negativity.
This is ignorant and ineffective behavior.
To deal with difficult people or negative experiences requires forgiveness and mindfulness.
To create positive interactions demands that we stop taking others behavior personally.

Effective “Responses “come from respect and Love.
“Reactions” are based on fear and lack of respect.
Being proactive requires that we learn from every interaction how to treat others with respect.
Being effective requires that we love, trust and respect ourselves and teach others to do the same.

How you respond to each person and situation is unique according to the circumstances.
There is no right way or wrong way.
It is important that you do not provoke, blame or fight back.
If you want peace, respect and win-win solutions, you must be peaceful, respectful and seek only the Highest Good for all concerned.

When someone is angry, step away with respect.
Plan to discuss when both parties can be calm and clear.
When someone is demanding, restate what you believe they are asking for.
If you are in agreement, speak respectfully that you are willing.
If not, state simply, that will not work for you.
If the other is not satisfied, wait until both parties can sit down uninterrupted to negotiate a reasonable and fair mutual agreement.

More later, But always Love.
Find you own center of honesty and integrity and think, speak and act according to your values,
Seeking always and only what is effective and responsible,
Betty Lue

Keys to Successful Relationships

These are some of the notes from my Sunday talk at Unity on the Delta.
Enjoy them. I invite you to ask questions and for clarification.
While there are now thousands of readers of these daily reminders, I am not overwhelmed with emails to answer.
For those who genuinely have a suggestion of a topic or further clarification, I am happy to accommodate.
Betty Lue

These apply to All Relationships with Self, Source, Partners, Children, and others.

Joining- Join for the Highest Good of all parties.
Seek a common goal and purpose. i.e. Love, Peace, Happiness, Harmony, Fulfillment, Fun.
Honesty- Think, speak and act in integrity with your Highest Values.
To thine own Self be true. Speak as Christ to the Christ. Speak the language understood by the other.
Equality- See all as equal in the eyes of God.
Recognize your Oneness with all creation. Know no one less than or greater than yourself.
Commitment- Dedicate your life to God and Goodness.
In our commitment to what is genuinely highest and best for each and all parties, we know Good.
Responsibility- Love responds to everything with Love.
When I am responsible for the Love I Am, I seek to be, to have and give only Love.

Look for common ground in your relationships. Find the place of connection and agreement.
Focus on the similarities rather than emphasize and argue about the differences.

Share what inspires and strengthens rather than dumping your pain and problems on others.
Give what you want to receive to everyone you encounter.

Recognize the value of each person’s giving and know their intention is good.
Relinquish the comparative and evaluative mind, seeking to get more and give less.

Commit to live your own mission and Spiritual Truth. Honor the mission and Holy Purpose of all others.
See that life invites us to let go of our attachments and neediness and step into conscious inspired giving.

Be responsible for your own well-being by loving your whole self really well. When you have first given to you and handled your own needs, you can freely give to others in a healthy way.

Helpful and Destructive Ways of Relating
· No toxic dumping, Let go of emotional and mental negativity in private.
· No arguing. Listen to the differences by seeking to find similarities, Step away and offer peace.
· Be patient with others and yourself. Impatience and frustration create fear, chaos and shutdown.
· Listen for the deeper meaning. See the need for Love or the desire to love and appreciate.
· Honor the needs of others, when they will not harm anyone.
· The most conscious person is able and willing to let go of their need to be right or get their way.
· Acknowledge when your buttons are pushed (upset) and go inside to clear, claim and heal within.
· Take care of yourself first. Notice that upsets are past similars calling for your healing.
· When in doubt about what to do or say, simply pray for inner guidance, listen within and follow.
· Respect with Love rather than with fear. Teach with kindness, rather than demands and threats.
· Make no one more special than anyone else. Give your best to each one your encounter.
· You know what you would want: respect, responsibility and cooperation with Love. So give it!

Always Loving,
Betty Lue

Did You Know?

Some have questions about the two Centers, Reunion’s Center for Conscious Living and Unity’s Center for Inspired Living.
We volunteer our services and contribute to both non-profit centers.
Both serve the community, so I support them with time, spiritual direction, and lots of Love.

I wear many hats!
I love diversity and to be well utilized.
This is what inspires me and brings great happiness and fulfillment!

Grandparents on Thursdays in Alameda with Harper & Lila (46 mos). and Beckett 28 mos.)
At 6:30AM we home arriving at 8AM and leaving Alameda at 6:30AM and our home at 8PM, we play, sing, go to the park and tumbling, cook and do errands, and make life easier for Mom and Dad.
Grandparents on Fridays in Petaluma, from 6:30AM to 8PM with 10 yr. old Gia and 3 yr. old Sofia.
Two very different learning experiences for Robert and I, where we are fully present with very happy loving children who express themselves clearly and with great joy to those adults who respond.

As Founder and Director of Reunion Ministries since 1976, I founded a counseling, healing personal growth center in Walnut Creek, CA and co-founded (with Robert Waldon) and directed holistic spiritual centers and retreats in Santa, Rosa, CA, Arden, North Carolina, Pleasant Hill, CA, Bozeman, Montana, Bloomington, Indiana, Kalamazoo, Michigan and returned to California in 1999. All were non-profit and all financially supported by Reunion Ministries and the work we do.

Since July 2006, I am Co –Director of the Center for Conscious Living in Pleasant Hill, responsible for the space, plus my own therapy and coaching practice, teaching two weekly classes (Inspired Living and Relationship Coaching Circle), monthly free seminars and facilitating the Living Ministry Program with now 30 trained and ordained ministers and 13 currently in the two year program. The staff are all independent contractors offering services in spiritual growth, bodywork and energy healing, counseling, coaching, therapy, homeopathy, chiropractic and other healing resources. I offer my services and classes on a contribution basis and encourage everyone to participate regardless of their financial circumstances.
Center for Conscious Living is sponsored by Reunion Ministries as their community outreach.

Since January 2007, I am Co-Minister with Robert for Unity on the Delta, a small congregation now in Oakley, CA. We are moving in March to Brentwood, CA where we will have our own Center for Inspired Living. We are leasing a 1200sf suite with a large meeting room, plus 4 small rooms for library/bookstore, a spiritual counseling, coaching office, a Sunday school room for adults and children, plus a kitchen-computer all purpose room. Robert and I serve there in many ways, all for the love of inspiration and service. The Unity church functions with its own board utilizing my services for educational programs, space organization, fund-raising, scheduling and Center administration, Sunday services, and soon spiritual counseling and coaching and more classes. Sundays are fully given to Unity and there are the Miracles classes on Tuesdays and the other preparation work for the many Unity projects.
Center for Inspired Living is the ministry outreach of Unity on the Delta.

And, I write these Loving Reminders daily (usually early in the AM as part of my spiritual practice.)
I exercise, prepare all our own vegetarian meals with fresh organic produce, keep our home simply serene and well-organized and enjoy the partnership with Robert whose mission with me is to be “On-call for God and for Good!” Life is full, varied, lived with enthusiasm and moderation in all things.
We live simply, so we can give abundantly.

Always Love,
Betty Lue

Downers or Uppers?

No I am not talking about drugs.
I am talking about you. And me!

Are you a downer?
Does your face, communication and contact with others uplift them or put them down?

Are you an upper?
Does your expression, your words and your attitude inspire and encourage people?

When someone has an idea, do you find the flaw or try to make it better in some way?
Or do you simply say, “YES. That’s a great idea!”?

When people are sharing with you, do you try to give your opinion and advice without being asked?
Or do you acknowledge you are really listening by giving them time, attention and a grateful response?

When your employer or spouse or kid’s teacher give you a suggestion of something to do for them, do you become resistant, defensive, resentful or guilty?
Or do you say, ‘Thank You.” I really appreciate your suggestion and will think about how I can honor your request?”

When someone pushes your buttons, upsets or offends you, do you immediately want to avoid them, withhold your love or make them wrong with a counter-attack?
Or do you acknowledge inside that the communication revealed, a wound in you, a historical place of sensitivity and pain, which you take full responsibility for healing?

When you are hurting or upset, do you take it out on others?
When you are sick or tired, do you bring down the energy of those you encounter?
Do you complain about how bad you feel and how life is unfair?
Do you blame others for what isn’t working rather than take responsibility?
Do you give lots of criticism, but rarely give appreciation?
Do you neglect to say please and thank you to others?
Do you wait for others to make up to you, before you acknowledge your love for them?
Do you carry an attitude of “show me”, rather that let me be a good role model for others?
Do you offer few smiles, hugs, positive words and only when they are “well deserved.”?
Do you find yourself looking for what doesn’t work and what you don’t like?

When someone gives you lemons, do you make lemonade?
Are you willing to bring sunshine into your home and workplace?
Can you be the first to extend peace to others?
Are you open to offering appreciation and love to others?
Can you forgive and forget the mistakes of yesterday?
Are you respectful of your time, energy and resources as well as that of others?
Do you give thanks inside and openly on a regular basis?

You can turn your relationships into positive experiences by being the first, the teacher, the example.
I totally appreciate your openness and willingness to find a better way and to build a better world for all.
Blessing of respect and gratitude,
Betty Lue

Dump No Toxins

Why no reminders on Friday?
Grandchildren on Thursdays and Fridays from 6:30AM until 6 PM.
On Thursdays and Fridays, we leave at 6:30 AM to be with the Grand three in Alameda and the Grand Two in Petaluma, so you may not receive loving reminders on these days unless we get up at 5AM. So here we are getting ready for Saturday workshop and leaving at 8Am and up at 6AM. This is plenty of time for getting ready, preparing our lunch and writing loving reminders. (and yesterday AM did 2 loads of laundry). You can enjoy it all when you are happy and willing!

Why pollute a relationship with poison and negativity?
Why complain and demand things be different?
Why judge and criticize when you know it hurts?
Why make someone feel guilty or mad?

There is a precedent that dumping our feelings onto loved ones is OK.
There is an implication that we must share all our feelings with our closest family members.
There is a historical pattern that families have permission to make others feel bad to get heard.
There is a therapeutic model that claims the catharsis of emotional dumping is healthy.

It is clear that where you dump negativity, fear and guilt and anger will grow.
It is obvious that when you sow only love, happiness, harmony, trust and respect will grow.
It makes sense that what you give to others, you will receive for yourself.
To deliver any negative message can only yield hostility, arguing and separation.

We are learning to put our garbage only where is will not contaminate the earth’s inhabitants.
We have experienced the pain of someone threatening, criticizing, condemning or scaring us.
We all know that love does not grow where there is no kindness, appreciation and genuine caring.
We all have learned to practice the Golden Rule: Do to others what you would want done to you.

Today, make a vow to stop all negative words and deeds toward anyone, including yourself.
Stop being demanding and threatening.
Stop whining and complaining about other’s behavior.
Stop scaring people with yelling and violent actions.
Stop criticizing and telling people what to do unless invited.
Stop making others feel guilty or responsible for your feelings.
Stop manipulating and controlling with tears or troubles.
Stop dumping your pain and problems onto others.

This is not love.
This is not healthy.
This is not helpful.
This is not effective in building positive, loving and harmonious relationships.

So what to do with the garbage in your mind, in your life?
Garbage is meant to be dumped in private places, contained and set far away from your home.
Poisons must be flushed quickly away from the possibility of doing harm to anyone or anything.
Toxic thoughts and feelings can be written in a journal, in a letter (never send it to anyone.)
We have private bathrooms with doors to let go in private.
We have those trained in releasing bad stuff without them getting sick.
We have cathartic processes to release people’s yucky stuff.
We have healthy ways to let go of negativity without sharing with those we want to nurture and love.

Learn to make no demands.
Learn to keep your own counsel.
Learn to handle your fear with faith.
Learn to manage your guilt and resentment with forgiveness.

Be responsible for dumping in responsible and respectful ways and you will be free of negative fallout.
Letting go can be fun, safe and easy when done with Love.

Miracle-Mindedness

Are you seeking and seeing the miracles of Love?
Do you appreciate the beauty and Goodness you see?
Are you aware of what happens when there is love in your heart?
Do you receive all the Love being given to you in every way every day?

When we are seeking bad stuff in order to avoid trouble, we find bad stuff.
When we are fearing, complaining and judging, we create and attract more of the “yuck”.
What we seek, we find.
What we focus on, we strengthen and increase.

The mind is a powerful tool.
It searches for satisfaction of what it believes.
The mind works to make us “right”.
When we have a belief about something, we discredit evidence to the contrary.

It serves us to seek for Love.
It blesses us to believe in Love.
It benefits us to receive Love.
It strengthens us to appreciate Love.

Love is our natural state.
The world teaches otherwise.
Love is the energy of creation.
The world teaches differently.

What we seek, we find and create.
What we see, we strengthen.
What we fear, we attract.
What we resist, persists.

We know these things are true, but to remember to undo what we no longer want to experience.
To undo what is not Love, requires forgiveness or a mental eraser.
Give up believing, seeking and seeing the bad and unloving stuff.
Start focusing on what is good and beautiful and true and it will grow.

Life is a miracle of Love when we believe it can be so.
I am willing to forgive everything and everyone, including myself.
See what appears when we erase everything.
The miracle is Love will show up in your life.

Loving you,
Betty Lue

Follow Through on Your Dreams

You may be curious about these Loving Reminders which I send out daily to thousands around the world since 1999. See below!
They take about 15-20 minutes to write. I don’t edit them which is why the typos. They are part of my morning inspirational practice!
Feel free to use them personally, send them on, delete them or ask to be taken off the list. They are a gift to me and to you from Spirit.

Don’t quit on living life fully and freely just because things get tough.
The key is life is to never quit playing your game as well as you are able.
Our willingness may waver. We may get frustrated. Life may seem unfair.
But those who succeed never quit on their dreams.

The simple keys to success in anything are as follows:
Vision- Hold the highest picture in your mind and imagine the best.
Faith- Believe you can achieve what you conceive. Believe the Universe says YES!
Passion- Allow the energy of DeSire (“from the Father”) to sustain your vision.
Commitment- Give your all and never ever quit.
Strategy- Keep listening to your inner voice (not to outer authority) and plan accordingly.
Action- Do whatever it takes and do it with joy and Appreciation
Gratitude-Appreciate each step along the way, even valuing what you learn from mistakes.

Life gives us plenty to learn from, plenty to strengthen us, plenty to help us refine our idea.
Life is a grand university we choose to attend.
The lazy and fearful choose to use and lose.
The dedicated choose to work and find the most effective ways to make it all work.

Each one of us has volunteered to be in the position we find ourselves. What we make of the circumstances depends on our willingness to embrace change and find the way that works.
The optimistic make lemonade from lemons and look for the sunshine behind the clouds.
The successful hold the intention and commitment to win-win solutions and gather a team of supporters.

Successful people are eager learners and great observers of what works.
Successful people embrace change and are creative with diverse solutions.
Successful people build confidence by keeping their agreements with themselves and others.
Successful people surround themselves with those who are positive and supportive.

During times of relationship stress, economic and health crises, we can be fearful or we gain strength.
During hard times, we can get hard and demanding, or we can become more flexible and willing.
During difficult times, we can respect and relook at what works better and make the changes needed.
During uncertain times, we can trust and respect our inner calling, living in integrity and on purpose.

Life is for Giving.
We are the Gifts.
When we withhold the gifts, life sucks!
When we freely give the gifts we are, life, improves and blessed us with Goodness.

Blessings us all with Loving Reminders,
Betty Lue

Origin of Inner Listening
In 1976 it was suggested I sit and do nothing for just five minutes daily by a spiritual mentor/teacher.
I chose 5AM in the morning and immediately saw/felt and heard a vision of a Home of Infinite Love available to all people. ( Over the years, I have co-created many such Centers and Homes with the guidance of Spirit within.) The next morning I brought a pad of paper and a pen to sit, and as I was simply breathing, I knew words were coming into my mind and I wrote them down. When I later read them, I saw they had great spiritual meaning. As an innocent, trusting and ‘True Believer’, I then quieted myself every morning and began to follow what I heard within. My life became fun, safe, easy and miraculous in so many ways. I learned, forgave and grew spiritually daily from every relationships. This is was the origin of what I call “inner listening” and have taught to hundreds of willing learners over the last 30 years.

The Origin of emailed Loving Reminders
In the winter of 1998, having just moved back to the Bay Area in California, I asked Spirit within what was my purpose and calling. I was invited to sit at the computer and write down my daily inner listening and send it to those who requested it of me. Since Dec, 1998 I have sat at my keyboard, everyday to write exactly what Spirit within guides. I do not edit, correct spelling and embellish what I hear. I simply send what is given to me to share with the now thousands around the world.
This is my inner listening given to all who choose to receive them. Often it gives people what they need, practical spiritual and inspiring reminders, so they need not spend money on hours of therapy or endless seeking for spiritual answers. They seem to awaken and remind individuals who are willing and ready to change their lives for the Good of All. I also have put many of the reminders into three little books, Loving Reminders, Peaceful Reminders and Relationship Reminders. There are two other books waiting to be published, Healing and Healthy Reminders. It is my joy to contribute to the healing and awakening of my spiritual family, all humanity.

May be all be benefited and blessed by every good and kind intention of everyone everywhere.
Blessed be.
Betty Lue “True B’Lue”

Remember: The blessings already are and we are now awakening to enjoy them.

Can we Trust God and Goodness?

Can we Trust God and Goodness?
Do we Realize we are Always Love?
Are we Willing to forgive ourselves?
Can we Let go of form and know our function continues?

Grief and guilt --- worry and fear.
Pairs of pain and suffering for the ones who hold them dear.
How can we grieve when we know only Love?
How can we worry when we have perfect Trust?

In life, we are given and receive many opportunities to cling to what we have.
In life, we are offered the worldly perspective that physical life is all we have.
In life, we are expected to regret our forgetfulness and errors of omission.
In life, we are often taught by guilt and motivated by fear.

So how can it be that these are humanity’s tools of affecting stuckness rather than change?
Have we erred in our perception by imaging that changing form is more real than the unseen?
Have we been blinded by our senses to believe what the body knows is more real that what the Spirit Is?
Can we forgive our attachment to what the masses hold true and dear and ask again what is Real?

As I experience the Letting go of what is seen with my eyes and heard by ears and felt in touch,
I realize how limited and temporary they are in Truth.
The personality has layers of history, beliefs, expectations and fears which limits its function.
The body has the constraints of time which change the way it loves, and gives and serves.
The Truth of the Soul, the Spirit of the Being is limitless in time and space and eternity.

We are more than we know.
Our Love is more real that how we Love.
Our Wisdom comes from the heart, not the mind.
Our Peace is Perfect in our Trust only of Good.

Yes, in life it appears we create changing esperiences and relationships.
In life, people, things, abilities, places all come and go.
But what is Real in the True and lasting sense, never changes.
The Love that binds us is present without consideration of form or function.

We are here to remember Who We Are and Why We Are Here.
Love always loves.
Peace simply extends Peace.
Purpose is but to remember when we forget.
And so it is,

Remembering always and only to Love,
Betty Lue

Back to Basics

These are changing times.
When we resist, we learn nothing.
When we deny, we get stuck in ignorance.
When we resent, we are consumed with self pity and victimization.

In changing times, why not learn, seek wisdom and find creative and effective ways to live?

First, forgive.
Forgive yourself for all the ways you may have taken for granted the Good in your Life.
Forgive your world for teaching the illusion of plenty with plastic prosperity and false promises of Good.
Forgive humanity for getting lazy, complacent and resting on worldly givens.

During the World War II era, ordinary folks coined this reminder:
“Use it up.
Wear it out.
Make it do.
Or do without.”
Now is the time to remind ourselves how rich our lives really are when we become good and appreciative stewards of what we have.

Now is a good time to look out for others as well.
We can only give to another freely when we have first given to ourselves fully.

Are we using everything we have in our cupboards and in our consciousness?
Are we wearing out our clothing, furniture, cars and even our abilities to serve?
Are we willing and able to make do with what we have received without requiring more?
Would it be possible that it is time to learn to and find joy in living with less?

Life moves in cycles of less and more.
Some recognize the simplicity of less is really more of what is real and true.
Some acknowledge when we conserve in good times, there is plenty in meager times.
Some find value in the eternal and lasting pleasures of loving, serving and remembering Good.

These times are calling us together.
These times are inviting us to love one another.
These times are insisting we learn how to live simply and honestly.
These times are asking us to value what we have, not what we want.

Let’s get back to basics and live with appreciation for who we are and what we have.
Let’s remember life is for giving and choose to give the Good valuable stuff.
Let’s appreciate life for its teachings and enjoy what we are learning.
Let’s simply love one another.

Loving you,
Betty Lue

Partnership

Everyone is our partner in life.
Wherever we encounter anyone, we have for the moment partnered with them in living Love.
Each interaction is an excuse for healing, helping, creating and celebrating.
Each relationship can be dedicated to Holiness, because that is its True Purpose.

When we have a phone conversation, as partners we can seek understanding through listening.
We can clarify the purpose of the caller,
We can join the Highest Outcome by listening within ourselves as to how best to respond.
When we are too busy or unable to comply with a request, we can always wish the best for the other.

This is the immediate application of the Golden Rule to “Do for others as you would want done for you”.

In life, we can join as partners with the salesman, nurse or friend in getting the job done easily.
At home, we can join with our children in accomplishing their chores successfully.
In our marriages, we can join as partners to make everyday tasks be fun, safe and easy.
In our relationship with self, we can be our own cheerleaders and helpful partners.

Relationships are all partnerships and teammates.
Each one of us has a job to do.
When we resist or interfere in the other’s success, we have become an adversary, or a competitor.
Life is about joining for success, being partners in Goodness, Happiness and Prosperity for all.

The effective life is one in which everyone is better for knowing you.
The successful life is one in which you contribute to the success of all.
The happy life is one in which you share your happiness with everyone.
The loving life is one in which you celebrate the Love in each one you encounter.

We are literally partners for life.
As I know I am your partner, I seek only your Good.
When I treat you as my partner, I love and respect you well.
When I am joined with you, there is no one and nothing that can harm our love.

Blessings to all you Partners.
I love you, trust you and I thank you for being my partner in life.

Dedicated to Loving You

You are my Beloved.
It is in you that I find my Self and lose my Self.
You represent the Love of God for me.
You become the One who shows the way to Love.

Holy Wedding Song
I see You.
I know You.

I Love You.
I am seen, I am known, I am loved by you.
I can Love You,
As I Love Me,

Being Loved by You.

As One we come to God.

I am asked to let go of conditions to loving.
I am invited to love everyone equally.
I feel happy and free when I am always Loving.
I am blessed with Love when I choose to Love.

Divine Love is like the radiance of the sun.
It touches and blesses everyone without reason or condition.
Divine Love is our natural state and flows through us and to us in All That Is.
This Love is always present, is totally healing and is truly powerful.

When I see that my life has been given to Love, in all things I see my Self and my Holy Purpose.
It is in our relationships that we recognize Who We Are and Why We Are Here.
It is in our relating that we know we are Love It Self and our only true purpose is to Love.
It is in the world that we come to realize, Love in pure and perfect creative and responsive energy.

Love has no form and no function.
Love simply Is.
From Love, all Good is realized.
Within Love lies perfect safety, peace and purpose.

Life is Good, when we remember simply to Love.
Loving you simply and simply loving You,
Betty Lue

This is the Love that is given and received effortlessly simply for the pure joy of loving.

How Do You Want to be Remembered?

Yes, it is a great exercise to ask yourself how you want to be remembered after your passing.
But more important, today…..how do you want the grocery clerk to remember you?
How do you want your co-workers and clients to remember you?
How do you want your kids to think of you?

How do you want to be thought of each and every encounter?
You do make an impression on those who engage with you.
You are teaching the world you see by what you say and do.
You are the living example of what you want to be true.

Recently I was aware when someone doesn’t know of my unconditional love and service to others, they may think I’m too busy or too spiritual or too direct.
I am aware that when people have had no experience with me or someone like me, they may be afraid.
The truth teller, the one who sees and knows more than is shows, may render guilt and fear in others.
Because I have always felt known and loved, seen and safe, I cannot imagine being afraid of a seer.

Life for each of us is based primarily on our personal history.
Often we take ourselves and our own personality for granted.
We may not even observe or reflect on our behavior and others’ reactions.
We may neglect to take responsibility for what we are modeling with our lives.

Friday the 13th, and the day before Valentine’s, the perfect time to undo what is no longer true.
Yes, some say today is the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, the ideal time to choose anew.
What is true for you today?
How would you like to influence those around you?

Our principles for living, the values we hold dear, are what we can choose for ourselves.
The more consistently we live by what we want to be and see, the more confidence and powerful we are.
The more we are true to what we believe, the more we are believed and respected.
The more we trust and love ourselves, the more we are trusted and loved.

In all things, we are called to find the highest way of living, loving and giving and follow it consciously.
In all ways, we are encouraged by life itself to bring our best Self into every encounter and make it holy.
In all our days, we are blessed with the reflection of our own living truths made manifest before us.
Life is the mirror on which we can see ourselves in our awakened glory or dimmed forgetfulness.

Let today be a call for each one of us to step up to our holy purpose to be lived every moment.
Remembering the Highest Truth about You and everyone,
Betty Lue

Look at this possibility for the coming Age of Aquarius.
The Age of Aquarius ....begins 2/13/09!
Late in the 1960s, two highly enlightened songwriters channeled through a message of hope and guidance for those of us who would hear the words. James Rado and Gerome Ragni wrote the famous song entitled The Age of Aquarius and the opening words would touch something deep inside the soul. I remember this song even though I was quite young!!! Even then the words spoke truth to me and became the focus of my life dream. Every journey I have been on has been moving towards this time of mankind coming together in harmony and love. It has been the purpose of carrying the andara crystal to every continent on our beloved earth. The reason I have traveled to pray for peace and unite all faiths, religions and cultures together. The driving force as to why we are here, to fulfill our destiny. These words:
And Jupiter aligns with Mars
Then peace will guide the planets
And love will steer the stars
This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius
The Age of Aquarius Aquarius! Aquarius!
Harmony and understanding
Sympathy and trust abounding
No more falsehoods or derisions
Golden living, dreams of visions
Mystic crystal revelation
And the minds true liberation
Aquarius! Aquarius!
When the moon is in the Seventh House
And Jupiter aligns with Mars
Then peace will guide the planets
And love will steer the stars
This is the dawning ofthe Age of Aquarius.

This year the exact alignment spoken of nearly 40 years ago will occur. With the end of a Piscean influenced society, reflected through the American government of the past, and the old financial institutions. The old regime has been driven from power by the unification of a single, collective, awakened voice. The new Aquarian era has begun in the United States of America and is being extended through a hand of partnership to the world to join in unison. The alignment of Mars and Jupiter, with the Moon in the 7th house occurs as Jupiter, Mars, Neptune, and Chiron the Wounded Healer, the Sun and the North Node all align in Aquarius. To make his even more significant it occurs on February 14, 2009, Valentines Day, at 7:25am (GMT) for those of you on the Pacific Coast that is 11:20 pm the night before (February 13th). The Seventh House is commonly referred to as the House of Partnership. Within this House, we see a shift away from the self toward another a partner. In cooperating and relating to others we unite for the purpose of achieving something grand. Purpose is important to the Seventh House the act of accomplishing something great. In uniting with others, we become a more valuable member of our world: we make a contribution, one small cog in the wheel of life. We have purpose. Cooperation and partnership help to expedite our purpose in life. We are on the cusp, leaving the Age of Pisces and moving forward into the Age of Aquarius fully. The alignment of Jupiter with Mars has occurred twice already once in 1973 and again in 1998. Reflect on what was occurring in your life at this time as it has a significant message for your journey forward.

Valentines Day is dedicated to the Patron Saint of Love and how significant as the words to this song, reflect the new vibration that is moving around the world, for focus on peace. An overriding desire to experience love and harmony amongst all people and all nations. A renewed concern by the citizens of the world to develop a more harmonious relationship with nature, to protect the environment and our Mother Earth. We have come so far and yet we have so much work still ahead of us. At this time we can unify our efforts together as a collective prayer of one. When these planetary events occur we have such tremendous support and power to work together for a common good. This is a time of transformational shifting for each of us individually, but more importantly for our world. Two fish represent the Age of Pisces, and one of its main characteristics has been the dominance of Christianity. The Age of Aquarius is symbolic of a great spiritual transformation, a new sense of democracy, freedom and humanitarianism. The end of religious separation and the return of the first religion, earth religion and a deep spiritual connection to one another. This transitional period between two ages is considered to be a process that occurs over many years, not on an exact day or year. The alignment will last for approximately 18 minutes so make a commitment to join with people from all over the world at this time and pray that our leaders of all nations are guided by love and peace and we citizens of the world come together to support the changes of this new era.

The Truth About You

You are created by Love as Love for the purpose of Loving.
You were created by our Creator to create what is Good, Beautiful and Holy.
You are a gift of Light, a heavenly dose of Love.
You are here to clear the blocks to fully and freely being Love.

So how does that translate in daily life?
First let go of all the memories, untruths and limiting beliefs that you are not.
Second, forgive yourself for withholding the Love You Are from anyone at anytime.
Third, breathe in the Love that abounds in You and around You.
And know that you are full of Love and your only need it to extend Love always in all ways.

Keeping it simple….
Observe where you are distracted, disappointed and delayed from bringing forth Positive energy.
Acknowledge to yourself that you have made an error and forgive your self for withholding.
Allow yourself to reset your mind, reorganize your thinking and return to BE the Love You Are.
Remember Love is our Natural State, the purpose for which we all are created.
When we forget something has gone wrong.

Remember that what you believe, thoughts in your mind, become the perceptions you see with your eyes.
Recognize that our work is to undo the beliefs which are not what we want to be and see.
Renew your mind by remembering your origin, the Source of the Love in you.
Life is for giving. You are the Gift. When you give your Gift freely, you realize the Gift you are.

Time for us to leave to be with those three Grandchildren, Harper and Lila, almost 4 yr. old twins and Beckett, their 27 month old brother. Always a fun day.. today painting doors in the playroom with chalkboard paint, grocery shopping and lots of silliness.

Loving you all in all the unique and meaningful ways you are remembering to Love,
Betty Lue

Life Is Good

When we know that Life is Good, we seek and find the Goodness.
When we know that all Life is healing and Holy, we attract the healing and experience the Holiness.
When we know that Life can be fun, safe and ease, we freely discover Joy, with safety and ease.
Life is Good, because we seek Goodness, give Goodness, affirm Goodness and know Goodness.

Part of experiencing Good is turning away from the bad.
Part is denying the bad.
Part is redefining bad.
Part is transforming bad into Good.

What we judge, we get stuck with.
What we fear, we attract.
What we avoid, we unconsciously bring close.
What we hate, we strengthen.

When we love life, life loves us.
When we open to fully live, we have abundant Life.
When we bless All life, we feel blessed.
When we embrace and accept life, we feel safe in life.

What we give we are receiving.
What we receive we have given.
What we give and receive is translated by our level of self Love and Trust.
We experience Love when we are loving and safety when we are trusting.

Learning the ways of metaphysics requires us to use our minds to translate judgments into possibilities.
Co-Creation is the process of choosing to listen, envision and choose the highest Good.
Co-creation is letting go of the world’s (ego’s) judgments on our lives, and see the High Way.
Co-creation is inspiring, insightful and expanding our conscious choices for the Good of All.

We are responsible for what we experience.
Consciously or unconsciously we receive what we have requested to learn, to heal, to be, to experience, to express.
Life is Good.
And so are we.

The blessing already are,
Betty Lue

Letting Go and Change

There have been many loving responses to my Mom’s journey that have inspired me to share again.
Each one of us has a different response to letting go, to “loss”, to “death”, to change and transformation.
Robert and I are very similar in our understanding, beliefs and inner knowing.
We are truly at peace and feel deep gratitude and love for everyone’s loving kindness.

Mom was a great and simple teacher as well in this way.
She was proud of how she did not cry or “grieve” when her life partner and best friend “died.”
Yes, she missed their late night discussions and travels and friendship.
But Mom believed in no grief, no regret, no worry. “Embrace change!.”

She lived her physical life very much enjoying what was in each moment.
She was not sure at all about what leaving her body would bring and was curious.
She knew the body was just a shell and her Spirit would soar when it left.
She often referred to the Native American book, “Education of Little Tree”.

Mom was and continues to be a place of connection for both Robert and myself.
She was a partner in our work, supporting us in our healing service and volunteering.
She utilized our help and skills the last six months in finance, medical appointments and daily living.
But she maintained her own philosophy and wit and was willing to express her ideas freely.

We know she left at choice (between her and God.)
We know she was complete and at peace.
We know she would not have wanted to continue in any way dependent.
We know she is happy and with loved ones and at peace.

How do we know these things?
First, she was very satisfied with her life and wrote a little book, “It’s a Great Life!”
Second, we discussed everything, but especially spiritual matters.
She and I communicated telepathically, when I was a child and this continues, even now.

When I have a question or concern, I ask and she responds.
“Oh Betty Lue, let it go. I am fine and this is my life. Let it be.”
And I also am aware that she was not very happy with the world as it is.
And She wanted to be with my Dad and her brothers and many who had gone before.

So, as I am thinking of her, I feel her presence even more pervasive than when she was in a body.
We feel her constantly as part of us, rather than being together and apart.
She is here in us and around us.
The connection is strong and true and continuous.

Mom is, was and continue to be a Great Presence, a Holy One, and we honor her.
Hope this opens the way for easier letting go in your life.
Remember, when we have forgiven everything, we are at Peace and know only Union in Love.
Betty Lue

Thank you for your prayers of gratitude and love for us all.
Healing into Wholeness into Holiness into Union with God.

Thank you all so much for being Mom’s Healing Angels.
Marian A. Fisher, Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma passed away last night at 10:15PM.
The outpouring of prayers has been wonderful and truly a tribute to Marian Fisher’s life of giving.
Her love for all of us and everyone she met has been and continues to be a profound legacy.
She was at peace and in no discomfort.
She had had a good day with several visits from family and friends.
Even on her last day there were silent laughs , twinkling eyes of recognition and love and gratitude for those who attended her.
Her wishes were honored with great sensitivity and compassion by all hospital staff. The transition was peaceful and quiet.
She loved us all and receives your Love still.
Keep on loving her and you will feel her continued love for you.

Celebration of Her Life here in California this Sunday, Feb. 15.

Blessed As Children of God

My Mom left this physical world, last night at 10:15PM at peace.

We are blessings to one another just as we are blessed by the Source of All Creation.
Life goes on with our blessing.
Birth and death, problems and solutions, conflict and peace, pain and comfort, sorrow and joy…
When we remember to forgive our fears and judgments, we learn to accept, trust and be grateful.

Life is truly a path of wonder, insight and expansive adventure when we learn to embrace it all.
I am truly blessed to have been shown this way of living from my birth.
And it is this path I continue to live, no matter what life brings.
For I have found the way that continues to offer Great Love and Joy and Inner Peace.

Last night my Mom exited her body, and we are blessed.
We are blessed to have learned from her and with her.
She moved out here to California six months ago to be with us.
We feel blessed and honored to be the ones to give her a safe a loving space from which to depart.

It was my parents’ belief that the body experience is temporary.
She held little attachment for things, but savored her memories of a life well lived.
She loved to create family wherever she went, demonstrating her caring about all she encountered.
Mom led a life of loving service and avid curiosity about politics, medicine, and families.

She was, is and will continue to be blessed as a Child of God, a creation of Goodness.
She was and continues to be a demonstration model of someone who loved to serve.
She would be the first to remind us that life is meant to be lived fully with enjoyment.
And she knew she would not want to linger her if she could no longer be of service to others.

We can be assured in knowing she believed in inspiration and the audacity of hope.
She believed in no fear, no grief and no guilt, so as her legacy we can celebrate her.
Every life deserves to be celebrated all the time.
Perhaps this reminder will serve us to remember to go for it.

We are here with unlimited choices, options, and opportunities.
We are here to learn and grow to heal and help, to give and receive.
We are here to express our Love and extend our Peace.
We are here to be loving reminders in our conscious service to one another.

This is our healing and holy purpose.
We realize how blessed we are when we know this is so!

Loving you and All That Is,
Betty Lue

For some, a great "letting go" moment will come with the Lunar Eclipse of February 9 at 20 Leo.
And if that's you, you'll know it—
you'll get a clear message that you're really on track as life opens doors, allowing you to enjoy the feeling of having "done it right".

Tribute to my Mom

As I write this, my Mom is in the intensive care “Cardio-Pulmonary Unit” at John Muir Hospital in Concord. She has come through a lengthy surgery putting plates on broken vertebra C5 and 6, suffered a stroke two days later and now is struggling with lots of wetness in her lungs. “No heroic measures” are her wish. Her Spirit is feisty and she still is very present, but her body is 87 yrs. old and not used to being in bed for now almost 12 days. So prayers for peace and comfort, ease and reassurance are what my soul is speaking in love language to her and those who serve the care of her body and psyche. Yes, it is between God and Mom now.

Her Life is not dependent on her body’s longevity.
Her Life is the Spirit which will never die.
Her Life is her Love and her legacy is the Love she has shared with us all.

While there are many personality qualities I can share that are rich with love and laughter, toughness and courage, the most abiding qualities of my mother come from her Essence, the Spiritual Being she is and will remain long after her body ceases to serve her purpose here.

Marian Fisher is was and continues to be steadfast in her choice to allow life to be what it is with no fear, no worry, no grief and no guilt. She chose a husband who was her best friend, life partner, for whom she brought nurturing and steadfast support. They totally trusted and respected one another. And lived their lives dedicated to bringing goodness and peace to the world through volunteerism locally and traveling globally as ambassadors of Good Will. Here philosophy in conceiving and raising children is:
“Children are gifts of Love from God. Parents are temporary guardians who only provide the guidelines and support needed. Children are to be giving enough responsibility that they can handle and a little more to grow into. Love is really freedom to grow, to experience and to learn. And Love is trust, always trusting in the Best outcome to all things. Her life philosophy was to leave this world knowing she loved everyone and that she left no unfinished business behind. For the last 10 years she has been giving away her things and recently when she moved in here with us in California, she only brought 10 boxes of her belongings. She really lived her truths about keeping life simple, giving your best to everyone and minding your own business. From a Michigan farm girl with 2 brothers, during the depression, she learned a deep respect for frugality, contributing your talents for the good of all and sharing what you have with others.

I am writing this tribute to invite you to give tribute to those who have gone before, to those who have nurtured, supported and taught you. Lift them up, make them shine in your memory and give them the gratitude they deserve. Too often we wait and then have regrets. Or some may hold grudges and pain, and forget to look for the gifts of essence, the deserve to give you their best. Remember Life is for giving. It is in the Gifts we give freely to one another that we discover the Real Essence of Love. It is in our gifts to one another that we are truly loving ourselves and our Creator. So make sure you give your full attention and appreciation to those you Love.

I am loving you as well and reminding you that you are Loving Reminders in your world!
Betty Lue

This is the letter I put on the wall, so her caregivers would know her Spirit, as a real person, not just a body.
THANK YOU !
NURSING STAFF, CARE GIVERS, PHYSICIANS AND VISITORS

MARIAN FISHER, Mom, Grandma and Great Grandmother of 13.
She is loved, prayed for and known to be courageous, feisty, deeply caring and tough.

She is 87 years, but thinks, acts like she is 20 years younger.

Her mind is sharp. She is hard of hearing. Talk loudly and directly to her, please.

Her interests are her family, politics (Obama!!), sports, playing games and puzzles.

Her body has healed from many surgeries, ankylosing spondylitis, artificial hips and knees,
but her heart is strong and she is stubborn. Her mother lived to 100+ years.

She is a lifetime volunteer in hospitals, hospice, child advocacy and league of women voters
and stays in touch with many who are in need.

Her philosophy is “No fear, no worry, no guilt, no anger.”
Please be reassuring and keep her out of pain and distress as much as possible.

While she is more spiritual than religious, she attends the Unity on the Delta church,
where her son in law and daughter are co-ministers.
She has just taken a course in spiritual healing and believes in the power of prayer and healing touch.

We thank you for loving Mom and taking the best care of her.

She always cares for others and this is her turn to receive .
She will fight to recover and use her will to overcome all obstacles to be of service.

She chose to have this surgery, and knew that it would be work to recover.
She will do her best to accommodate you, if you explain what is needed.

Thank you again and again.
Betty Lue (daughter) and Robert (son-in-law)

Three Worlds We Live In

Material - We are here in a body doing our work to be safe and secure, to belong, to achieve and to actualize our potential. Our work here is to heal and learn and grow in confidence and trust.

Spiritual - We are created by a loving source as Love here to be Love in our world. Our work here is to clear the fear and forgive the errors in our mind to shine forth the Love that is within.

Divine - In Oneness with the Divine, there are no words and no work. We simply are the Light of the World and we perceive the world as it was created, whole and perfect. All is well.

This is a simplification of what we might see within our selves if we could be in three worlds simultaneously. And yes, we all walk this apparent bridge in the time/space paradigm without our being aware that it exists in the Now. Life is safe and this world is our learning exercise, a place to practice and remember. We need not judge our place or experience at any time so that we might continue the expansion of our perception. When we judge we get stuck and linger for a moment or a lifetime to free the movie of our experience so that we might move on in the changing inner and outer landscape of our existence.

In a practical way of speaking and seeing and application, we might experience the following:

Material
I need to work on loving myself and gaining more expertise and confidence.
I must lose 20 pounds, eat right and daily walks to be healthy.
I need to be more respectful and appreciative in my relationships.

Spiritual
I forgive myself for all conscious and unconscious errors and know I have only good in my heart.
I undo all my judgments of my body and know that the Love in me shines through all I do.
I erase the past and know I am Love in action at home and work and in the secret place within.

Divine
I Am One with God: I am very Holy.
I use my body as a communication device for expressing Divine Love.
My Holiness blesses my world and All that Is.

Is there a way today, you can for a moment stop judging you and your relationships with others?
Are you willing to see the perfection, the gift in all things, just as they are?
Can you imagine that you might now and always be in the right place at the right time doing the right things?
Are you aware consciously that a Good and Loving Source created you as a Good and Loving Being?
Life is a gift in which you can forget or remember the Truth about You, but You still remain as God created you.

Loving the Truth in You, as we stay awake together,
Betty Lue

Do You Remember Who You Are?

When our identity is based on what our past memories tell us, how can we recreate ourselves?
When we hold thoughts about the world based on history, how can we see things anew?
When our decisions are based on past experiences, how can we be realistic about what might be?
When we identify with those from our childhood, how can our self perceptions be accurate?

Perhaps forgiving everything and everyone for all time is the way to see with loving eyes.
Perhaps having amnesia and erasing the judgments, comparisons, beliefs is the way to Truth.
Perhaps the Holy Ones are willing to undo everything that is not NOW true and they see Love.
Perhaps the way to freedom is found in trusting that Love and Goodness will prevail.

When we create a future based on our past, either as avoidance or attraction, we merely redo it.
When we judge others and ourselves based on historical patterns, we merely encourage it.
When we fear what may come because of what we hold in our minds, we merely attract it.
When we hold back from expecting Good so we won’t be disappointed, we merely prevent it.

Life is a constant state of the miraculous when we do not withhold love from all things.

“Prayer makes all things new again.” Is a cross stitch sampler I made years ago.
Praise makes us see with appreciation for the Good.
Love see the Love in All That Is.
Forgiveness, an eraser filled with Love, clears away the debris of past history and fear.

And so it is, we are here, right now, doing the work to let go.
Like garbage collectors, the work is not done until there is no more garbage.
Like filters, we take the world in and purify the contents.
Like spiritual teachers, we forgive everyone and everything for all time and choose for Love.

What a job!
I have volunteered for this one.
Thank you for volunteering too.
Each one of us is playing our perfect part.

Rolling up our sleeves for all humanity and joining the team of Holy filters, I give thanks.

The Month of Loving Relationships

Did you know you can only try to love when you are not living and loving your whole Self?
When you are not fulfilling your passion and your purpose, you will find it impossible to fully Love?
When you are efforting to Love someone, it is because you are not naturally flowing the Love in you.
When you are withholding love from others, you will discover you are withholding Love from Your Self.

Living on purpose, love flows naturally.
Living on purpose, there is easy contentment within.
Living on purpose, life is accepted as it is.
Living on purpose, we know we can only share the peace and happiness we have within.

Whatever the upset or problem, you will find there is some area where you are living off purpose.
Whatever the judgment or fear, you will discover there is an inner conflict or confusion with perception.
What ever the issue or disagreement, you will learn there is lack of trust and respect for difference.
Whatever the disease or incompletion, you will see you are not at peace with yourself.

So what to do? (Simple exercises of self-disclosure will be helpful.)
The real reason I am upset or sick, or fearful or judging:
(Write down pages of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, imaginings until your mental computer is clear.)
You must keep asking the mind what it holds as blocks to the awareness of Love’s presence.
You have no need to share all the piled up toxic material with the other.
It simply pollutes and poisons them too.
Your job then is to forgive, wash away, bring to peace everything that you have held within.
Consciously cross off everything that is untrue.
If you are still holding barriers to Love, write affirmations to erase the ugly poop and puke as your spiritual shower.

“My mind automatically erases everything that is not wholly Loving and True.”
“Letting go is fun, safe and easy for me.”
“I am happy and willing to recognize and release all blocks to Love.”

So it is no surprise, if we knew what is blocking love, we would have cleared it already.
The vast majority of our blocks to love belong to someone else and some other time.
Our mental investment ( stubborn defensiveness) keeps us from even looking at setting Love free.
We

Living on purpose is finding the path of natural happiness and contentment and choosing thoughts, feelings, relationships and experiences to remind us to be true to our highest selves.
Life is our opportunity to keep clearing the way every day to live, love and give our very best to all.
This process of forgiving, erasing and clearing is lifetime, because the world is muddy and mass consciousness is pervasive.

Let’s get to work this month, so we can flow the Love.

Loving you,
Betty Lue

Bumps in the Road

What do you do when your full plate gets fuller?
What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
How do you respond when you are urgently needed?
How do you find peace and comfort in a place of urgency and stress?

How do I maximize my time and energy?
When I am at peace, everything works more exquisitely than I can plan.
When I am stressed, I simply add more stress by thinking there are limits.
When I release and let go, the space opens for me to be free to choose what is for the Good of All.

When I think too much, I fill my mind with irrelevant stuff that slows my thinking.
When I consume others emotional energies, my clarity becomes clouded with useless distraction.
When I take in too much stimuli, suggestions and alternatives, I loose the simplicity of Truth.
When I allow my world to teach me to consider all options, I become confused and conflicted.

My spiritual work is to become still and listen within.
My healing work is to forgive and release all the drama.
My loving work is to return to Love each and everyone.
My conscious work is to bring peace to the situation with peace in my mind.

Here I am living in Present Time.
Here I am experiencing the Power of Now.
Here I am trusting the Peace within.
Here I am knowing All is Well with me.

In this world we can be filled with the garbage of yesterday’s news and lose focus.
In this world we can get caught in the web of trying to be right and forget to be happy.
In this world we can fool ourselves with endless regret and sorrow and lose all hope.
In this world we can busy ourselves in handling busy work and forget to pray for peace.

We are here to remember.
We are here to live the Truth.
We are here to simplify our doing.
We are here to restore the reign of Love on Earth.

I am here to remind you and me simply to Love.
Love always, everyone and everything.
Reality will emerge from the clouds of illusion.
And so it is.

Seeing Things Differently

When we are willing to see things differently, we relinquish our need to be right.
When we are willing to see things differently, we know we do not know.
When we are willing to see things differently, we willingly let go of our fixed opinions.
When we are willing to see things differently, we stop, look and listen at what might be.

Seeing things differently requires relinquishing our judgments, opinions, and beliefs.
Seeing things differently asks that we open our mind to alternative viewpoints.
Seeing things differently invites wonder, curiosity and intuition.
Seeing thing things differently asks that we drop our position and be open.

Whenever we are afraid, we can let go and see Good.
When we are resentful, we can forgive and see the learning.
When we are confused, we can breathe and ask for clarity and Truth.
When we are criticizing, we can undo our fixed opinion and look at the other’s point of view.

Life is the grand undoing of whatever is not Loving and True.
Life is the choice to receive the love being given or respond to lack of Love with Love.
Life calls us to forgive all judgments and see with forgiving eyes.
Life is a university where we remember the Love giving is the Love received.

When we enter into a fearful, dark or dirty place, we often pick up some of the endarkenment.
We learn to clear the mud we have collected with spiritual showers or sacred practices.
We learn to let go and let God.
We learn to let all things be exactly as they are without our inter-fear-ance.

When we learn to mind our own business, weed our own garden and heal our own wounds, we begin to see everything has a Holy or healing purpose.
We notice that all things are working together for Good.
We find that the world is an experimental and practice lab for our learning what is True.

By our happy willingness to see things differently, we take the time to really look with inner eye.
We learn to listen deeply with love in our heart.
We learn to blow away the clouds of worldly confusion and illusion.
We learn that beneath the pile of poop is a pony, a gift, a reminder, a blessing, a healing.

And we are renewed in Spirit and Blessed in our Love.
Seeing what is when I think I do not know and trusting that what is real is revealed when I let go.

Faith

How can I know what is best for another?
I can only know that I want what is best.
How can I know what is truly best for myself?
I only know I want what is for the best for myself and all.

Somewhere in my mind, I know that I cannot know all the factors.
I know that I do not see from the highest view concerning everything, everyone and all time.
I do not know what is in my own best interests.
I do not know or understand the nature of all things.

Life is a mystery, a puzzle, a composite of numerous parts, all interacting in the greater scheme.
Life offers opportunities to choose how we respond to what occurs.
Life gives us choices to act, to forgive, to heal, to ignore, to avoid, to fear, to accept and more.
Life is a potpourri of happenings that we can judge, observe, manipulate or try to understand.

And my response to life’s happenings generates my experience.
My experience of my life builds a potential for learning and growth, healing and faith.
My experience of my life engenders the opportunity to believe when I do not judge and fear.
My experience of life can build hope and confidence or despair and suffering depending on my perception.

I have chosen joyful service as my path, so I choose to trust all things are working together for Good.
I have decided that I want to be strong in spirit, and happy in giving, so I have faith All is Well.
My decisions to believe are because there is a way I want to see and be in this physical experience.
My inner guidance system has never failed me, even thought at times I have neglected to listen.

I seek to erase fear with Love.
I seek to handle doubt with faith.
I seek to overcome sorrow with gratitude.
I seek to end suffering with hope.

Whether I am giving in prayer or practicality, I feel Love flowing through me and erasing fear.
Whether I am forgiving or affirming the Good, I remember the Higher Truth of God being Love.
Whether I am sending healing energy or being grateful for the caregivers, I feel One with Divine Will.
Whether I am sitting here writing to you or sharing with a class or congregation, I know God is here.

Divine Healing, Wisdom and Love are being shared through me and Thee at all times, as I let my mind and heart open to believe, to have faith, to trust All is Well…….and So It Is.

Loving you and I together in faith,
