Quick and Easy to Forgive

When forgiveness is more than letting go, it seems difficult and takes some work.
When forgiveness is simply erasing with love, it seems fun, safe and easy.
When forgiveness changes your life, your attitude and relationships instantly, it seems miraculous.
When forgiveness is a super effective tool, to clear what we no longer want, it seems very useful.

How about learning to use this spiritual healing instrument to change your life?
How about practicing until you become skillful at flushing the cosmic toilet to be free/
How about learning to “poof” away the stuff that gets in your way?
How about no longer holding guilt, anger, resentment, blame and hard feelings in your mind and body?

What if you learn by doing that holding judgments and fear is keeping you unhappy and unhealthy.
What if you find that unwillingness to let go is keeping you from inner peace and freedom.
What if you discover that any block that interferes with the free flow of Love is keeping us prisoner.
What if by undoing what is not true and no longer here and now, we can see the Light and enjoy Life.

You see, whether you “poof” or flush, erase or forgive, you are setting yourself free to really LIVE!
Our guilt is keeping us sick, afraid, lonely, stuck, and unhappy.
Our forgiveness heals, assures, connects, frees and opens the way to pure joy.
When we are slow to forgive, we forget how to really live abundantly.

So let’s learn to forgive quickly, deliberately, honestly and totally.
Let us practice until we learn this art of no judgment to anyone.
Let us secure the confidence that we can and should forgive everything that worries, upsets and irritates us.
Let’s through diligent practice, forgive all things so that all that remains is what we enjoy and want to be.

The world is our classroom, our learning laboratory.
We are here to become expert in forgiving.
We are here to practice our part in the undoing of what is not good and pure and holy.
We are here to use our forgiveness technology to clean up and clear away the messes humanity made.

Yes, we are the willing ones, the capable ones, the helpful ones, the loving ones.
We can because what we are clearing is not real and true or lasting unless we hold it in our minds.
We can because we want a world that is free and clear of unhappiness and fear.
We can because we see the value in discontinuing what we no longer want to be.

Judgment, unforgiveness, resentment , guilt and fear keep us repeating what we upsets us.
Holding negative thoughts, memories and feelings in our consciousness continues them present.
Being unwilling to let go of the toxic material in our lives only serves to poison us.
Being filled with bitterness and pain, blocks fully knowing abundance, vitality and Love again.

So being the practice of forgiving everyone and everything, for all time, including yourself.
Over time you will see how it sets you free to be naturally innocent and happy as you are meant to be.

30 Days to Enlightenment  and Waking Up

This daily practice will heal and transform your life
With continued practice, there will be a spiritual awakening.
Forgiveness heals our perception and gives us Response-Ability.
Choice empowers us to Create our Experience Consciously.
Gratitude expands what we Choose and increases our Joy.

Daily Practice:
Begin each morning with a pad of lined paper and a pen.
Write and say 30 forgivenesses as they come to mind. 
Simply write “I forgive”…and let the rest just come from within. 
(No need to understand or feel anything.)
I forgive you for being mean.
I forgive myself for letting anyone hurt me.
I forgive my body’s limitation.
I forgive myself for being late.
I forgive everything.
Make the sound “AAAH” for 1-2 minutes.
Imagine that you are opening your mind.
Now write and say 30 Choices. 
I choose to be happy. 
I choose to be free.  
I choose to do what I love. 
I choose to forgive….
In the Evening (before bed)
Write and say 30 Gratitudes
I appreciate the energy I have.
I love being happy.
I am grateful I have you in my life.
I thank God.
Make the  sound “OM”  the Universal sound for Love and God for 1-2 minutes.

PS Even a few of each is better than none.  
Do what you can and trust it is working.
