Beneath the Veil

Halloween is coming. All Saint’s Day.
Can you see beneath the veil of illusion?
Do you know what lies beyond?
Have you recognized your brother and your Self?

Do you believe that you are human with an occasional inspirational experience?
Or do you know you are of Spirit with amazing physical and human experiences?
Could it be that you experience exactly what you believe about yourself and your life?
Is it possible that “as a man thinks, so is he”?

Could it be that you are projecting onto your life, as you perceive it, the ideas and experiences you have?
Can you be the cause of the adventures, healing, learning, achievements and struggles you experience?
When we blame an external source for our problems, and also give credit, we deceive ourselves.
When we claim responsibility for what we believe and see, what we conceive and achieve, we are at choice.

Often we play victim in order to deny responsibility and feel guilt.
However our unconscious guilt sets us up to punish ourselves.
When we are responsible, we can forgive and choose again.
When we use our experiences to heal, awaken, learn and grow, we can forgive and choose again.

Let us acknowledge all we do not know or understand.
Let us see a better way to live and love, to give and receive.
Let us learn to trust the high way, the inspired way of Love.
Let us free ourselves to be all that we are here to be.

When we look at saints and sinners, what we see is choice.
When we look at ourselves and our lives, what we see again is choice.
What is your choice to be, to change, to forgive, to undo, to create?
Are we willing to be responsible for the life we choose and the world we experience?

Remember what we focus on and give attention to (including the news), we feed, empower and increase.
What we ignore, deny and forgive, we undo, diminish and eliminate.
We can focus on the blessings, the beauty and Goodness in ourselves and others and experience more Good.
We can choose to trust, choose and bless with Gratitude our relationships, our choices and our lives.

Let us be willing to undo what we no longer choose.
Let us be willing to forgive all mistakes and misperceptions.
Let us be willing to choose what serves the Highest Good for All.
Let us be willing to appreciate all the blessings of Goodness, wholeness and Happiness.

We can experience the Peace and Joy and Love that already is by erasing what is not.
We can remember our own function of forgiveness and affirmation to create a better way for all.
We can choose an awakened life following the inner voice of Holy Spirit to know the Goodness of God.
We can actualize our gifts and live our purpose and enjoy the fulfillment of a Good Life.

May we all show up, pay attention to our heart, tell the Inspired Truth and let go of our judgments.
It is possible to create a life that is fun, safe and easy....
Loving you,
Betty Lue

How much of this is true for you?
The Rules for being Human

When you were born, you didn't come with an owner's manual; these guidelines make life work better.
1. You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it's the only thing you are sure to keep for the rest of your life.

2. You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called "Life on Planet Earth". Every person or incident is the Universal Teacher.

3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of experimentation. "Failures" are as much a part of the process as "success."

4. A lesson is repeated until learned. It is presented to you in various forms until you learn it -- then you can go on to the next lesson.

5. If you don't learn easy lessons, they get harder. External problems are a precise reflection of your internal state. When you clear inner obstructions, your outside world changes. Pain is how the universe gets your attention.

6. You will know you've learned a lesson when your actions change. Wisdom is practice. A little of something is better than a lot of nothing.

7. "There" is no better than "here". When your "there" becomes a "here" you will simply obtain another "there" that again looks better than "here."

8. Others are only mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another unless it reflects something you love or hate in yourself.

9. Your life is up to you. Life provides the canvas; you do the painting. Take charge of your life -- or someone else will.

10. You always get what you want. Your subconscious rightfully determines what energies, experiences, and people you attract -- therefore, the only foolproof way to know what you want is to see what you have. There are no victims, only students.

11. There is no right or wrong, but there are consequences. Moralizing doesn't help. Judgments only hold the patterns in place. Just do your best.

12. Your answers lie inside you. Children need guidance from others; as we mature, we trust our hearts, where the Laws of Spirit are written. You know more than you have heard or read or been told. All you need to do is to look, listen, and trust.

13. You will forget all this.

14. You can remember any time you wish.
