Self Renewal

How are you nurturing and nourishing yourself?
How am I taking time daily for self renewal?
How are we nurturing and nourishing others?
Does the humanity remember how to take impeccable care of itself?

In order for me to care for others without sacrifice and resentment, I must renew myself.
In order for you to nurture and nourish anyone in your life with joy, you must love yourself first.
How we care for ourselves is often learned from our nurturing parent.
How we care for others is often demonstrated by those we see as loving role models.

What do you need to feel nurtured?
What do you need to give yourself for self renewal?
What do you need to stop energy draining?
What do you need to initiate to fill up your gas tank?

As I look at my life, I recognize how many I serve.
To be in fulltime service, I must fill myself with high octane fuel.
For each giver, each one in active service, we must find our own high efficiency Source.
Start with recognizing where you have been out of balance and and neglecting your own needs.

The clues to when we have forgotten our self renewal is complaining, getting sick, feeling tired, resistant or resentful.
When we find ourselves forgetting to nurture ourselves or wishing and expecting others to do it, we need to understand that others follow our example and we are teaching them to neglect us as well.
The more we nurture and nourish ourselves, the more we nurture and nourish others.
The more we renew our own energies, the more others renew theirs.
The more we take impeccable care of ourselves, the more others honor their own.

Some important priorities for taking good care of me, so that I can take good care of other.
Everything well maintained and in good working order. This includes all I utilize in my life.
my mind and body, relationships,  communication systems, home and office, finances.
Daily inspiration and spiritual practice.
Time in nature and appreciating the beauty around me and in my life.
Quality time alone, in silence with reflection, meditation, simply doing nothing.
Time to care for my physical needs impeccably, with simple organic home meals, simply natural fiber clothing, fresh clean air to breathe and pure water to drink and bathe.
Happy beautiful organized environment to live and work in.
Relationships that are positive appreciative and meaningful.
Finances orderly and living simply and consciously within my means.
Remembering always that life is Good and I am in Service of Good for All including myself.
Loving you as you remember and give yourself the Self Renewal you so deserve!
