Stop Repeating Mistakes

Is life fun, safe and easy?

Are you feeling good about you?

Stop telling negative stories.


MISTAKES??

STOP, LEARN, CHOOSE AGAIN!


Affirmations:

I easily forgive and release what no longer has value.

I know the past no longer is here.

I clear the past and use my mind to enjoy the present.

I can easily and quickly change my mind.

 

Repeating Mistakes?

 

Thoughts create.

Words create.

And Behaviors follow.

What we hear, say and do will recreate what we don’t want.

 

When we retell the story, we remind our mind.

When we keep saying the same negatives, we are teaching ourselves.

When we share the traumas and disasters, we are predicting and preparing our future.

When we share how bad it was, we remind ourselves how bad it will be.

 

History repeats itself, because we keep repeating it in our thoughts and our words.

Where we focus our attention, we are strengthening that probability, both negative and positive.

Our words, our memories, and our stories are a form of self hypnosis or affirmation to our mind and body.

Stop re-wounding and re-creating what you don’t want to happen again.

 

We seem to think we can dilute or get rid of pain by thinking and talking about it over and over!!

 

Forgive and erase your harmful history.

When we forgive and erase the past, all that is left is the beauty of our creations.

When we recognize the past is gone, what we will remember is the Goodness.

When we undo what no longer lives in the NOW, what seemed to be is gone.

 

We must first learn what we can from any experience, and let go of the rest.

We open our minds to learning, when we stop hating, judging and fearing.

We can undo the pain and resentment, when we allow the light to shine through.

There is always the choice to make to heal or continue to hurt. (“scars into stars”)

 

Every time we revisit the wound, the wrong, the fear, we remind and rewound ourselves.

Forgiveness is the clearing away of self harm.

To free our mind to remember the Good frees us to make better choices.

To undo what no longer exists is to let the past go and be here now.

 

We often use past pain to build defenses and walls that separate us from ourselves and others.

What could you do to return to a state of natural caring and sharing and living with joy?

It is possible that the healing you seek is your choice to erase and release past mistakes.

You can use your thoughts and words to live the life you really want with ease and grace.

 

Each mistake teaches what works and what doesn't work.

Every encounter is the opportunity to learn to help and heal.

All choices are ours to remember the blessings and release the judgments.

We have the chance to change our minds and heal what needs our love.

 

Trusting us all to do the work.

Begin today to let the past be gone.

Always remembering to Love.

Choose Your Thoughts!

Thoughts precede feelings and behaviors.

Choose thoughts that create positive feelings and helpful actions.

RELEASE HURTFUL THOUGHTS.


Affirmations:

I choose positive life-affirming thoughts.

I choose to be happy and trusting.

I choose harmonious and respectful relationships.

I trust life can be fun, safe and easy when I honor my inner guidance.

 

Change Your Mind!

 

To change your mind, change your thoughts.

To change your energy, change your feelings.

To change your relationships, change your perceptions.

To change your finances, change how you view and use money.

 

Beliefs engender thoughts and judgments.

Thoughts and judgments cause feelings.

Feelings often are projected with words.

Words usually create supportive behaviors.

 

And so it is, our lives are a product of what we have been taught to believe.

What we have learned usually sticks, unless we have learned to undo those teachings.

Often our beliefs are reinforced with emotions, relationships, behaviors and experiences.

To change our beliefs requires us to undo much of what we thought was true.

 

When we want to undo what we have learned from our past, we must be open to change.

When we are willing and open, we will confront hiding places which have reinforced our beliefs.

Learned beliefs are illusive and sometimes without any validating evidence, just held in mind.

FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real, and so it is with what we often believe: False Evidence!

 

To change your mind requires clarity, consistency and commitment to what is True and Loving.

To change your mind demands that we do the “work” to undo what is not True.

To Do the Work means practicing daily and often hourly to open up new pathways.

Conscientious Forgiveness clears the way and Continuous Affirmations Do the Rest.

 

The 30 day Affirmation Process below will work, if you do the work daily.

There are many methods available, but the you must actually do the work until you change your mind.

Changing the mind, the thoughts and beliefs, does change our life experiences.

You must be willing to do the work consistently and conscientiously.

 

Change for some is fearful.

Change for others is energizing.

To be willing to change requires letting go.

Letting go is fun, safe and easy when we believe it to be so.

 

Begin with simple releasing affirmations.

I love to do the work to change my life.

All change works together for good.

Everything is changing for the better.

My mind now easily releases everything that is not wholly loving And Good for me.


I am willing to change my mind quickly and easily.

Begin each morning with a pad of lined paper and a pen.

Write and say 30 forgivenesses as they come to mind. 

Simply write “I forgive”…and let the rest just come from within. 

(No need to understand or feel anything.)

I forgive you for being mean.

I forgive myself for letting anyone hurt me.

I forgive my body’s limitation.

I forgive myself for being late.

I forgive everything.

Now write and say 30 Choices. 

I choose to be happy. 

I choose to be free.  

I choose to do what I love. 

I choose to forgive….

In the Evening (before bed)

Write and say 30 Gratitudes

I appreciate the energy I have.

I love being happy.

I am grateful I have you in my life.

I thank God.


PS Even a few of each is better than none.  

Do what you can and trust it is working.

Even when you are driving to work, you can do this process aloud.

The key is your willingness to DO THE WORK!
