Appreciation

Affirmations:
The more I appreciate, the more I have to appreciate.
I forgive myself for complaining and choose to always be grateful.
I remember to say “thank you” for all the Good in my life.
Gratitude expands my awareness of all I am thankful for.

Appreciate!

Show gratitude for those who serve you everyday.
Be aware of those who have your back.
Be mindful in all the ways you are served, loved, protected and provided for .
Make “thank you” a habit to inspire everyone to help one another.

Have you thought how little we actually appreciate those who serve us?
Are you aware of all the ways you are protected and provided for?
Do you complain about what you don’t have and neglect all you do have/
Are you someone who takes for granted everyone who helps you live everyday?

Do you appreciate the service men and women for safeguarding our country?
Do you make sure their families are taken care of with housing, education and health care?
Do you remember to give thanks when you pay your taxes and bills every month.
Do you value the police, firemen, emergency workers, volunteers, physicians, nurses, health  providers?

Are you able to be aware and grateful for all the institutions that give us the good life we have?
Do you acknowledge those who created the laws and safety regulations?
Are you aware of what you do to take care of your own family and your neighbors?
Is it possible that we have been so spoiled that we spend our energy complaining and asking for more?

I realize that there are so many unseen heroes, helpers and everyday workers we often forget.
I see our society getting into the mode of always whining for more rather than valuing what we have.
I wonder what would happen if we praised rather than criticized.
I am open to all of us shifting to believing and seeing, caring and sharing all the good we receive.

Our work for one another is an amazing gift of helpfulness.
With an appreciative attitude, even more gifts will be given.
With thankfulness, we will expand our capacity to give and receive.
With praise for our children, neighbors, servicemen and women, we will are enjoy helping.

There is an unlimited supply of Good within everyone of us.
If neglected, rejected or exploited, the supply may diminish.
If respected, praised and encouraged with inspiration the supply will expand exponentially.
Life is always recreating itself  in a positive way when we value what we experience.

Perhaps it is time we take stock of our own ways of believing and seeing.
See the good and Goodness expands.
See with criticism and we cannot see or receive what is Good for us.
The habit of appreciating will grow Goodness in our selves and our families, our communities and nation.

Take a moment to breathe and appreciate what you have, seen and unseen.
Be someone who says and shows and acts with gratitude and respect to everyone.
Contribute to the greater Good by valuing the Goodness in others around you.
Be aware of how blesses we really are to have and do and be here now.

Creating the Good I see, because I believe and appreciate the Good.
It makes me happy to be openly grateful.

Frustration?

Affirmations:
I see what needs to be done and I just do it.
I no longer withhold my creative solutions and positive action.
I do what benefits the greater whole.
I trust myself to use my energy and emotions for all Good and only Good.

Frustration With What Seems To Be?

Are you upset with what seems to be happening in your life
?
Do you want something other than what you have?
Are you angry about something or someone?
Do you wish situations were different than they seem to be?

Are relationships non-communicative or argumentative?
Are finances seemingly tight or just not working?
Do you have health issues or physical limitations?
Do you seem to have trouble getting yourself and/or others to get things done?

Anger is a cover-up for fear, grief, pain, judgment, jealousy, and other negative emotions.
Anger is an easy expressive release of unused energy.
Anger, frustration, irritation, impatience are all a build up of energy.
When angry for any reason, ask, “What Can I Do?”

It is easy to be frustrated, impatient, irritated and angry and is more difficult to know what to do!
When we withhold what we have to say, we may feel frustrated.
When we wait for someone else to act, we may be upset when they don’t do what we want.
When we are afraid to express or act, we may find ourselves holding back on our part.

When we withhold our energy, it will build up and may result in acting out in ineffective ways.
When we stop ourselves from doing what is ours to do, we may build resentment and anger.
When we claim impotence and make excuses for not expressing, we may feel guilty and blame others.
When step back to avoid conflict or confrontation, we may create conflict and hurt ourselves.

We need to see our emotions as a wakeup call inviting us to say or do something different.
We need to claim the right to express before a negative or toxic buildup occurs.
We need to write our what we want to clarify what is accurate and most effective.
We need to put out messages to ourselves and others about what we can do.

When we know and feel what we can do, we stop complaining.
When we give ourselves a list of productive action, we must begin with enthusiasm.
When we are love in action, we feel useful and effective.
When we put our energies to right use, we flow with what is next and next again.

Stifling ourselves with unnecessary waiting or complaints or blame leads to unhealthy resentment.
Opening our mind to our own willingness to do what we can do, leads to happy creative solutions.
Living our life on purpose is being willing to take full responsibility for the outcome.
Giving our energy to be used for positive and purposeful outcomes will change our emotional state.

In all circumstances of anger, irritation and frustration and impatience, ask what you can do.
When you know what you can do, just do it, immediately.
Use your energy for right and holy purposes that benefit everyone.
If you see something that needs to be done, it is yours to do.

Just Do It and Be Happy Doing It!

True Prosperity

Affirmations:
Prosperity is a product of our thoughts, words and integrity.
I choose to give and receive all Good and only Good.
To have All, Give All to All.
True Enjoyment of our gifts comes from sharing them.

Use What You Have!

Use what you have for Good.
Use what you receive to give Good!
Use Who you are to be Good?
Goodness expands and benefits everyone.

When we use what we have for selfish purposes, we may have less.
When we use what is given to us without sharing with others, what is given may diminish.
When we neglect who we are and do not share with others, we may experience and enjoy less.
Our confidence and abundance increases with our value for having, using and sharing with others.

True prosperity comes not from accumulating wealth.
Abundance does not come from storing our riches.
Abundant living comes from living abundantly.
Our prosperity is directly related to utilizing and sharing everything we have.

When we store and save and hide what we have, it loses value.
When we do not enjoy the fruits of our labor, they often rot.
When we hide our treasures, they no longer shine with their beauty and worth.
To value is to care for, enjoy and contribute the best we have with others.

Appreciation increases value.
What we value expands with our appreciation.
We value with our attention, enjoyment and good use.
To increase what you value in your life, attend, enjoy and use it!

Value what you value.
Let go of what you don't value.
Stop wasting time, energy and money on what you do not value.
Pay attention only to what is important and purposeful to you.

If you want something give positive attention to having, using and enjoying it.
Whatever you attend to, you attract and increase in your life.
When you are focused on what you don’t have, you will increase your wanting!!
The very act of “wanting” is affirming not having it!

Potential, Power and Prosperity all are created within us with our thoughts and words.
When we put positive attention to our creations with appreciation, we create and attract more.
When we criticize, complain or express neediness, we find more to criticize, complain and need.
Everything we think and say and do creates more of what we think and say and do.

Celebrate Your True Prosperity!
Betty Lue

There is no lack.
There is always plenty.
There is always enough for everyone.
Forgive the fear and everyone has enough.

When you believe it, you will see it!
Love is freedom to share and trust in Abundance.

Healing Vibrations

Affirmations:
I serve all with the highest and best I know.
All that I give to others, I receive for myself.
My happiness and health are gifts to everyone.
I treat others and myself the way I want to be treated.

Heal with Positive Thoughts

The happier you are, the more potent your thoughts.
When we are emanating positive thoughts, we are helping uplift.
When we are sharing positive words, we are inspiring others.
When we are doing what is truly helpful, we are encouraging right action.

When we find ourselves doing what is right and good, we feel good.
When we are remembering to be grateful rather than sorry, we feel fulfilled.
When we are telling positive stories and using affirmations, we feel inspired.
What we model with our thoughts, words and deeds heal others and ourselves.

When we have a lower vibration, we are less happy, less healthy and less energized.
When we have a higher vibration, we are happier, healthier and empowered to be truly helpful.
Consider stepping away when depressed or sick or tired.
Do what children and animals do-- Withdraw and take care of yourself.

Take time to be good to yourself.
Ask what you really want and give to yourself.
Stop and attend to your own needs first.
Make sure the basic needs are taken care of.

Right nutrition and hydration is super important.
Ingest the best and forget the rest.
Infuse highest and most beautiful sounds, sights, fragrances and tastes.
Give yourself what you really want, instead of cheap quick substitutes.

Right relationships are key to remember the best in you
.
When you have role models who demonstrate impeccable self care, you will be inspired.
Invite people into your life who treat you well, so that you are reminded to treat you well.
Forgive all past lack of self care and lack of self respect which you taught others.

Right work and livelihood give your energy daily.
When we are doing what we love to do, we feel energized in our work.
When we have the right attitude of service with joy and gratitude, we feel valued in our work.
When we appreciate our daily activities, all of them, we are never depleted, but feel satisfied.

Healing is helping ourselves and others with the highest thoughts, word and activities.
True helping is service because it serves all including ourselves.
What we give is not given away, because we receive the gifts that we give.
Contributing is truly giving tribute and enhancing the intentions we have in all things.

Intend only good and you feel good.
Intend health and happiness, and you will do and have and be healthy and happy.
Intend a life of service and you will see everything you think and say and do, does serve US All!
Intend the highest and best with everything in life and you will create a life of the highest and best.

May these Loving Reminders bring healing to us all,
Betty Lue

THE 12 PRINCIPLES OF ATTITUDINAL HEALING
By Jerry Jampolsky, MD and ACIM

1.       The essence of our being is love.
2.       Health is inner peace, healing is letting go of fear.
3.       Giving and receiving are the same.
4.       We can let go of the past and of the future.
5.       Now is the only time there is, and each instant is for giving.
6.       We can learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than by judging.
7.       We can become love finders rather than fault finders.
8.       We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside, regardless of what is happening outside.
9.       We are students and teachers to each other.
10.    We can focus on the whole of life, rather than the fragments.
11.    Since love is eternal, change need not be viewed as fearful.
12.    We can always perceive others as either extending love or giving a call for help.

Attitudinal Healing
affirms that we are responsible for our thoughts and whatever feelings we experience.
Attitudinal Healing encourages us to re-examine our relationships, bringing them into the present by releasing past judgments and grievances.
Attitudinal Healing reminds us that perception is a mirror of what is in our mind.
