Focus on Being Happy!

Affirmations;
I choose to think, feel and act in ways that bring happiness
I forgive what interferes with a happy heart and peaceful mind.
I choose to be happy rather than try to be right.
I allow happiness and peace to guide my life.

Be Happy!

What can you do today to find inner peace?
What are you willing to do to be happy?
How do you intend to take care of your well-being?
Are you aware of letting go of the mis-creations and misperceptions you hold?

Much of life is about collecting and rejecting sources of unhappiness.
Much of what we do is adding to worry, judgment, lack and limitation.
Without any conscious awareness, we are being taught and sold what is not good.
When attached or stuck with what is not healthy or helpful, how do you free yourself?

Make an extensive list of what you do with your time and money.
Grade each item with a good and bad and neutral rating. +, -, =.
Begin immediately letting go of what is bad or negative for you.
Work on changing your attitude and habits to select only what is good and positive for you.

Pay attention to how you feel, what you think and what inspires you.
Notice and delete what feels bad, draining or depressing for you.
Be willing to be honest, because everything changes.
Life is about choosing what is good and true and right for you now.

In the present moment, you must be clear, conscious and committed to what is inspiring for you.
You deserve to be happy.
You are meant to be happy.
You must honor your own happiness.

When you are happy, everything works better.
What is best for you is best for others.
While what is right for you may not be right for another, your happiness is best for others.
What you choose teaches you what to choose to feel best, think your best and create your best.

Who we associate with often influences us in major ways.
Who you talk with, sleep with and learn from all influence your thoughts, feelings and behavior.
Consider choosing those who are happy, healthy and positive.
Choose positive programs and movies you watch, the books you read and lives you admire.

You are what you think.
You become what you admire.
You behave like those around you.
When you are free and independent, you can choose to lead rather than follow.

What do you need to choose and change to be happy, truly and consistently happy?
This is your right, your responsibility and your privilege.
Make choices that bring you lasting peace and happiness
Together we make a difference,
Betty Lue
