Masks and Costumes

Affirmations:
I live authentically, being what is true for me.
I no longer seek others approval; I now approve of myself.
I trust in my values, my purpose, my path and my choices.
What others think of me is none of my business.
I live my life my way and am grateful it is so.

Happy Samhain, Halloween, Day of the Dead

We all wear masks.
We all wear costumes.
Our faces show our mood.
Our clothing shows our choices.

The question is what illusion are you choosing.
What is your act?
What are you pretending to be or do or have?
How are you showing up in your world?

Some want to be authentic.
Some want to fit in and conform.
Some want to impress.
Some want to go unnoticed.

Everyday, not just at Halloween, we wear our mask (face) and costume (clothing).
Everyday we wear a frown or smile.
Everyday we put on clothing that is casual or dressed up, understated or showing off.
Everyday we decide what image we choose to present with our mask and costume.

Who do You pretend to be?
What costume are you wearing?
Does your body fit with who you really are?
Do you know how the world sees you?

We may hide our truth behind a mask or the many faces we wear.
Often we play a part to get the “treats” we want in life.
We may have learned pretending is the way to get our needs met.
Or we may be denying our Truth, because it does not fit or is judged or shamed.

There is a reward in the act or we would stop.
There is a cost to pay or we would not get hooked on it.
There is always a way to satisfy our need to continue.
There is the uncertainty of knowing if will we be believed.

There is the lie of believing we are what we pretend.
And when we are validated for the pretense, we cannot see what is.
When we are secure in playing the part, we may fear making a change.
When we have found what fits and belongs and pays the bills, we may get attached.

Consider taking off the mask and connecting with the natural innocent love child within.
Consider stopping the adulterated behaviors and clarify what is real and true for you.
Consider dropping the phony games and seek who you really are and what you really want.
Consider discovering what the good, beautiful, giving, wise being inside you really has come to be.

Loving you in learning, loving and listening to You,
Betty Lue

You Are A Flower in the Garden of Life

If you would grow to be your best self
Be patient, not demanding
Accepting, not condemning
Nurturing, not withholding
Self-marveling, not belittling
Gently guiding, not pushing & punishing

For you are more sensitive than you know
Mankind is tough as war
Yet delicate as flowers
We can endure agonies
But we open fully only to warmth & light
And our need to grow is fragile as a fragrance
Dispersed by storms of will
To return only when those storms are still

So accept, respect,
Attend your sensitivity

A flower
Cannot be opened
With a hammer

Rules For Being Human
(from an old Ann Landers syndicated newspaper column)

  • You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for as long as you live. How you take care of it or fail to take care of it can make an enormous difference in the quality of your life.
  • You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time school called Life. Each day, you will be presented with opportunities to learn what you need to know. The lessons presented are often completely different from those you THINK you need.
  • There are no mistakes—only lessons. Growth is a process of trial and error and experimentation. You can learn as much from failure as you can from success.
  • A lesson is repeated until it is learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it (as evidenced by a change in your attitude and behavior), then you can go on to the next lesson.
  • Learning lessons does not end. There is no stage of life that does not contain some lessons. As long as you live, there will be something more to learn.
  • “There” is no better than “here”. When your “there” has become a “here”, you will obtain another “there” that will again look better than your “here”. Don’t be fooled by believing that the unattainable is better than what you have.
  • Others are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself. When tempted to criticize others, ask yourself why you feel so strongly.
  • What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. Remember that through desire, goal-setting and unflagging effort, you can have anything you want. Persistence is the key to success.
  • The answers lie within you. The solutions to all of life’s problems lie within your grasp. All you need to do is ask, look, listen and trust.
  • You will forget all this. Unless you consistently stay focused on the goals you have set for yourself, everything you’ve just read won’t mean a thing.

Do You know When to Stop?

Affirmations:
I easily stop all negative thoughts, words and behavior.
I no longer allow immature and impulsive choices.
I quit doing what is unhealthy for me.
I now choose only what is for the highest Good of all.

Do you know how to stop?
Are you willing to stop?
Do you need someone to tell you to stop?
Or are you rebellious, stubborn or foolish?

Stop means Stop.
Do not keep going!
Stop means stop doing what you are doing.
Stop means don’t keep doing it.

Why would you need to stop?
It is unsafe.
It may be harmful to yourself and others.
It will give you time to make a better choice.
You can make a better choice, when you pause.
You look around and see what is happening.
You need to consider alternative choices.
You are going in the wrong direction.
There is a better way.
You need to listen for your own highest choice.

Impulse control for adults and children is a problem right now.
Doing what you feel like doing when you feel like doing it is immature.
Giving excuses or making up justifications is a sign of a mistaken choice.
To stop choices and behaviors that are harmful or immature or impulsive is wise and good.

Do you know what is best for you?
Do you always do what is best for you?
Do you model behavior you are proud of?
Do you always do what you want others to see?

Key test is to ask, “Is this behavior a choice I want the whole world to see?”
Is this how I want humanity to be?
Is this choice or behavior highest and best for me and those around me?
Do I know and live the best I can everyday, in private and public?

If there is any shame, guilt, doubt or fear about what we do or say, we are doing something wrong.
If we have to justify, explain, cover-up or deny our choices or behaviors, we are making a mistake.
If we have leftover pain, shame, fear or guilt, we have made a wrong choice and need to make amends.
If we do not know what is right and good for everyone, we must stop and wait for clarity in our choices.

Impulse control means being able to stop ourselves from doing harmful, crazy or destructive things.
Impulse control means being able to stop talking, acting, thinking or behaving in stupid hurtful ways.
Impulse control means not allowing emotions to lead us in spending, gambling, dumping or harming.
Impulse control means we no longer allow our infantile and immature ego to lead us into stupid actions.

Stop and choose again.
Stop and thing again.
Stop and forgive your mistakes.
Stop and find a better way.

I bless all in stopping wasting our lives on distractions, denial, destruction and detrimental choices.
Loving you in choosing again always and only for the highest and best for one and all,

Betty Lue

Quick Course Correction

Affirmations:
I only choose what is best for my mind and body.
I  live a good life by following the highest path.
I no longer choose what does not work.
I quickly correct all errors in my mind.

How do you know when you are off course?
How do you tell when you are not doing what is best for you?
Can you discern when your choices are not working for you?
Are you sensitive and aware of what is not right for you?

Only you can tell, because no one else is YOU.
Only you know when a food, relationship, job, environment or attitude is not healthy.
Only you can experience what works and doesn’t work for your body and mind.
The signs are found in your body, emotions and thoughts.

Pain is the primary symptom of being off course.
Physical, emotional, environmental, financial pain are obvious ways to notice what is not working.
Many people simply adapt to circumstances or substances that have negative side effects.
Most people use drugs, distractions, denial or other self medications to cover and ignore the pain.

Your life is your teacher.
When you pay attention, you see and feel what is not working.
When your life is not positive and peaceful, you are off course.
When we are on path, we experience peace, happiness, fulfillment.

Our co dependent relationships allow us to keep doing what does not work.
Illnesses, addictions, relationship and financial issues are symptoms.
Underlying all pain and problems is the primary issue of being off course.
When we refuse to address the real error, we continue to blame, cover, self medicate and distract.

Life is our canvas on which we experience what is good and bad.
It offers signs, symptoms and pain to help us notice what is wrong.
When we immediately stop, we can assess the wrong mistake, error in judgment or mistaken belief.
We can forgive and erase the past and choose again the “right” way, the best way for us.

If drinking does not work, stop.
If swearing does not work, stop.
If being critical and hurtful doesn’t work, stop.
If eating certain foods, does not work, stop.

If we keep going and cover the mistakes with excuses, justifications, medication, therapeutic interventions, but keep doing the same thing, we are fooling ourselves and only getting further off purpose and off path.
If we try to do what our friends are doing or using the many defenses against the truth, we get stuck.
Experts may convince us a medication or process will allow us to keep doing what does not work.

Temporary fixes and distractions delay the inevitable question, “Where are you going?”
Finding our right path, right livelihood, right environment, right diet, right relationships is the solution.
Choosing only what supports us in actualizing our goals and living our mission is the solution.
If you do not know the purpose of your life, you will try others paths to find your own purpose.

If you can feel something is not working, stop and listen within to see where you are going!
Make all choices that only support your life path and purpose.
Forgive, erase and let go of the past.
Choose again what totally supports you living your life with gratitude, peace and fulfillment.

Loving you in choosing what is Good for You!
Betty Lue

Stop when it isn’t working for you.
No need to blame or feel guilty.
Simply stop and don’t do it again.
Forgive any judgments or leftovers from past mistakes.
No need to tell the story, figure out why or get agreement or sympathy.
Simply and immediately choose again for what you do want.
Keep your goal in mind as you clear the emotions.

Choose to be, do and have what you really want.

Be Happy!

Affirmations:
Happiness is my natural state.
I choose to be happy no matter what.
Life is a choice and I choose to live it with Joy.
I release all blocks to love, peace and joy.
I forgive negative and limited thinking.

What does it take to be happy?
·     Forgive everyone and everything.
·     Make a conscious consistent choice.
·     Live in present moment with appreciation.
·     Love yourself and your whole life.

Are you willing to be happy?
Do you know how to be happy?
Is happiness a desired state?
Are you willing to let go of misery, suffering, grief and disappointment?

When we are attached to our emotional state as an excuse, we may not be willing.
When we believe we cannot change how we feel, we may not be ready.
When we perceive what we believe is real and certain, we may be stuck.
When we get our needs met by being unhappy, we may not want to change.

Happiness is a choice.
Unhappiness is a choice.
Changing one emotional state to another may seem out of our ability.
Releasing one emotion in exchange for another may seem impossible.

Start practicing.
Exercise happiness muscles.
Learn to shift emotions at will.
Become an actress on the stage of life.

You will soon realize that an unhappy thought or image produces and unhappy feeling.
You will learn to use your mind to change your emotional state.
You will be aware that it is your thinking that creates your feelings.
You will experience that thoughts can be unconscious and subtle and still have emotional results.

Practice changing your emotional state by watching or imagining drama.
Practice changing? your feelings by finding something to make you laugh when you are angry.
Practice looking for anything to neutralize or calm feelings, when? you are being dramatic.
Learn how your mental stage, imagery, words and imagined outcomes affect your moods.

If you love the drama, use the emotions to be enthusiastic, appreciative, excited and in love.
If you want to feel bad, go ahead and do it, but leave the blame and negativity out of it.
“I don’t know why, but I just want to feel mad or blue or lonely today.”
When you don’t want to undo your emotional malaise, let others know not to help or fix you.

Consider the value of each emotional state, Happy or sad, angry or appreciative.
Look at what you want to experience and your belief about what it creates.
Become aware of your effect on others to respond with love or react in fear.
Choose consciously the outcome your would achieve with the emotion you are displaying.
When you discover emotions are a choice, you are free to choose what is effective for you.
When you choose the effect you seek, you can more consciously choose the emotional drama.
When you are free to choose your emotional state, you can be selective for the place and purpose.
You will choose emotions to enhance your energy, your health and the impact you seek on others.

Happiness is my choice.
I choose happiness and peace as my natural state.
When I am not happy, I know I have made a choice that is not on purpose for me.
When I feel in conflict, I forgive my error and seek to return to my natural state of peace.

My inner happiness makes my life fun, safe and easy,

Randall wrote this over25 years ago.
Still Good for those who really want to be spiritually awake.
Being responsible for you whole life and your happiness is key..

ARE YOU WILLING TO BE HAPPY?
God-Realization is being happy.
Fulfilling your mission is being happy.
No littleness, lack or limitation is being happy.
Creating your life your way is being happy.
Are you willing to look at what it would take for you to be happy?? Can you remember? ever? giving yourself the experience of perfect happiness—no cares,? worries, disturbances?? Is it possible you are here to learn to be willing to choose happiness for yourSelf?? Could it be that this life is a gift for you to explore and experiment,? to contemplate,? discriminate? and sort through what will bring you happiness and inner peace?
We are children.? This is our playground.? We are given unlimited resources and a loving parent saying "Yes".?? Are we still listening to the clamoring of unhappy friends who are not choosing their own perfect life?
Do you believe it is possible to have all you want and more? Then you are on your way to happiness.?? Now,? the next step is what do you want.?? When you see it,? have it and ask again.?? "Does this give me happiness?"? Sometimes? a cookie is what I think I want and when I eat it,? I may still want more? and? eat? so many that I feel bad.?? The cookie was? merely? a? handy substitute? for what I thought I wanted.?? Therefore,? we often don't? know what we want because we have suppressed and covered our wants with? substitutes, addictions, defenses against the Truth.
For me,? life? is being born into a world of love,? safety? and? unlimited opportunity in which to experience and discover who I am and what I want in order to be happy.?? For me,? a community is an open arena of "Yes-ness" in which we can explore,? experiment,? discover and experience what we really want.? Living my life on purpose is a moment to moment experience of being, doing and having what is happy for me.?? Where I am confused, afraid, self-limiting,? I ask my internal Father and I am guided perfectly.?? My? father and mother love me and trust me totally to be happy.
I? notice? that where I am not choosing to be happy,? many others seems? to feel bad,? guilty and scared.? When I choose to be on purpose, in love and bubbling with happiness,? others around me are then not distracted? by my pain.?? They then notice their own.? Therefore, the highest gift of love we have to give each other is our total freedom to be happy.
I? not only am willing to be happy,? I choose to be happy every moment.?? I consciously choose to eliminate from my life those areas which do not offer me happiness and peace.?? Do you see that I am not free until you are free? We go together to perfect happiness.
I know Mother-Father God,? the loving parent, is here.? I know all is well. I? know God and His comfort and guidance are ever-present.?? I know all we have? to do is ask for help and open ourselves to receive what we need? and the? way? is shown.? I am here to show the way.? I am here? to? open? the possibility? of? being safe,? strong and free. I would love to? open? the possibility of unlimited playgrounds, games and experiences.
Can? you see that all things are possible?? There are no limits.? We have taught and learned that to be limited is to be safe.?? Can you see now that there? is no harm??? Everything is offered to us again and again until we choose what we really want. Can you see there is no lack?? There is an abundance of all resources.? We have merely chosen, in our fear of lack,? to create the appearance of lack, Can? you? see that no one is little or less??? Everyone? is? great.? Every aspect has value to the whole.? We have merely chosen to diminish or exalt ourselves.? When anyone is not whole and free, I cannot be either.
I? challenge you to contemplate—"What brings me true happiness and? inner peace?"?? For? me,? community? is an opportunity to come together? in? the Spirit of freedom and learn to trust that we can choose to be happy and set others free to be happy too.
Let's? go do something fun together or? alone.? Solitary? play,? parallel play,? cooperative? play—all have their place and time.?? We can? create anything we want to play—play house,? play doctor (healer),? play? store, play with colors and sounds,? be silly, play school.? When we don't want to play? any more,? we stop and do something else.? Games are "child's? play" only when they are fun.? So let's choose games that are fun.
When I play school (Reunion Living Ministry), I will make the game simple,? easy and light.?? The only grades are what we give ourselves - the gifts? of awakening,? freedom from comparison and judgment.?? I only? enjoy creative? paperwork,? so I will have only creative paperwork.?? I am not? a lover of history,? so I won't keep records.? This will be a present moment school in which teachers and students are listening and learning from their inner wisdom every moment.
What do you want to play?
Living a "routine" life is patterned by our culture and? habits.? Becoming aware of better ways to live awakens us to the possibility of more freedom, joy, love, creative expression and sense of well-being and wholeness.
?Allow those habits which no longer have value to drop away.
Enjoy? and receive from those activities and experiences and? relationships which continue to feed you and serve your Highest Good.

Share What You Have

Affirmations:
Giving is Receiving.
What I give, I receive.
All I give is giving to myself.
I always have plenty to share with others.

When you freely share what you have received, you will receive even more to share.
So it is, the world expands in its naturally abundant nature.
When you conserve what you have received and hesitate or hate to share, you will receive even less.
When you share what you have with gratitude and joy, you experience even more gratitude and joy.

Those who have, are responsible to teach those who have not.
Those who have are able to share what they have to benefit all.
Those who have received so they can create a better world.
Those who have are able and willing to make a difference in our world.

What you have is given to be used responsibly.
When we keep what we have and will not share or teach others, it will not last.
The greed and need to have more will always eventually balance out so all can benefit.
Share what you have and all will benefit.

Charity begins at home.
Are you sharing your wisdom and wealth with those around you.
Do you give so that others might learn to contribute as well.
Where we give to have it used wastefully without appreciation, we have wasted our gifts.

All gifts are meant to appreciate and grow in value.
When gifts we give lie in the hands of uncaring selfishness, we are mistaken.
When our treasures gather dust from disuse in vaults, they lose their value.
When our words fall on deaf ears and no one hears the wisdom we share, we are fools.

Give where it is received with gladness and full appreciation.
Give where you know it is being used wisely and well.
Give where you can see how your gifts grow in value.
Give where you feel the appreciation is genuine.

My favorite place to give is KIVA
I can see how the small business loan will benefit people and communities around the world.
Every month is simply loan $25 or more with a person or group of my choosing and watch its use.
The loans are repaid over time to be used again for another small business loan.
I am sending you the website for the best place to give money.  Kiva.org where you are loan as little as $25 to small businesses all over the world.  The money is repaid usually within 3-6 months, so you can loan again. It is amazing what a few dollars can do in other parts of the world.  Check it out.  This is the link to use..... To connect with our Kiva account..

Give to education.
Give to inspiration.
Give to celebration.
Give where it will have the greatest impact.

Give to what fills you up with joy.
Give where you feel most moved.
Give to where you receive inspiration to give more.
Give to what creates a better world for the planet and her children.

Give to what brings peace.
Give to what inspires Love.
Give to what heals nations.
Give to what creates more giving.

I always ask myself…
Does this giving create more independence?
Does this giving make people better and more responsible.
Does this giving teach values and inspire working harder and smarter?
Does this giving make the world a better place for our grandchildren?

Sharing all I have for the Good of All,

Change Is Fun, Safe and Easy

Affirmations:
I quickly and easily change what no longer serves what is Good for me.
I easily undo whatever is no longer true for me and you.
I forgive, erase and gently replace habits, behaviors and words with ones of grace.
I encourage, support and trust that all change works together for Good.
I let go and let Good be what it is meant to be.

When we trust in the power and presence of Good in our lives, we can easily let go.
When we know there is a mighty flow toward the ocean, we stop fighting gravity.
When we seek and encourage what is most healing and healthy for all, we let go.
When we believe in the place of grace in our lives, we choose allowance and peace.

Why resist and insist, when we know there is a higher and better way to let go?
Why be frightened and fight change, when we know physical life will always rearrange?
Why cry and ask “Why Me?” when we can see the way to be free?
Why worry and fret, when we know it is time to forgive and forget?

When will we learn it hurts to hold on and just get on with life?
When will we trust everything is for us to find a better way to be?
When will we understand, if we stand in support of our healing, we will feel safe?
When will we know, we must let go, so things can change and grow us?

For many change means facing the unknown.
For others change can be not having control.
For me change is exciting and anticipated with curiosity.
Change can be what you want it to be for you.

Change your mind about change.
You will see we create the change as we want it to be.
When we believe it all works together for Good, it will be so.
When we believe it will be painful and hard, sad and scary, so it is as well.

We are choosing our lives as they appear to be for us.
We are changing our lives as we wish they could be for us.
We are changing our minds, so we can feel better about change.
We are changing our experiences by changing our minds.

Make small changes and appreciate them.
Make simple changes and enjoy the results.
Make easy changes and observe how it flows.
Makes natural changes and notice how life goes.

Everything will flow to a greater good, when we let go.
Everything will show a better way to live, when we allow it to be.
Everything will contribute to a life that is right and true, when we trust in the Good.
Everything will be as it is meant to be, when we set ourselves free.

Life in physical form, is an ever-changing kaleidoscope of infinite possibility.
We learn from everything and everyone when we are awake and aware, open and willing.
We constantly will seek higher ground when we allow ourselves to move naturally.
We easily will make new choices and explore new possibilities when we are unafraid and unattached.

I trust you and me to set ourselves free to be wherever we are called to be.

Love Is All

Affirmations:
I give my life to Love.
Love is my natural state.
Love never ends. I only changes form.
I never quit on Love.

Global Oneness Day!

Perfect Love is all that matters.
We seem to be trying out imperfect forms of Love.
When we cannot remember to Love, we often fall into unloving ways.
Our lack of Love is determined by faulty thinking and fear of losing Love.

It is ironic that our fear of losing love causes us to stop loving.
When we love inconsistently, we will experience being loved inconsistently.
When we love and allow, accept and trust, we experience the same for ourselves.
I love you no matter what.

The only mistake we ever make is when we quit on Love.
Perfect Love casts out fear.
Perfect Love is safe and secure.
Perfect Love has no end.
Perfect Love makes everyone friend.

The time is now to explore what it means to always Love, simply for the sake of Loving.
To Love is natural .
To fear is learned.
To Love is being Real.
To withhold Love is a defense.

Love Begets Miracles.
Withholding love causes harm.
Love creates Light and Delight.
Blocking Love causes darkness and regret.

Love creates Goodness and Gratitude.
Shutting down Love causes fear and defensiveness.
Love brings Joy and Generosity.
Withholding Love causes Pain and selfishness.

Wash away all blocks to the awareness of Love.
Forgive and erase every unloving thought.
Be willing to see the Beauty and goodness in everyone.
Open your heart to be the One, shining like the sun!

We are here in Hawaii on sabbatical and retreat.
Come with us in April 5-8, 2014. “Learn to Love It All!”
Great fun and lots of Love!

Loving you,
Betty Lue

What Do I Know?

Affirmations:
I, of myself, know nothing.
It is Higher Wisdom, Holy Spirit, the Power within me that knows.  ( The name doesn’t matter.)
I listen within and trust the Good within to be revealed.
I know Love is the Answer to whatever question, doubt or fear.
I trust all things work together for Good.

My childhood was always filled with Loving Reminders.
I have created a life of forgiving and returning to Love.
My life experiences continue to teach me to Love.
My Mission: I AM the space of Freedom and Trust where Love is remembered and Wholeness is realized.

The world I live in shows me what Love creates and what fear mis-creates.
I am willing to continue to forgive all mis-creations and return to Love.
I am happy to respond to the world I see with the best I know.
I am healed as I allow forgiveness and Love to bring peace to my mind.

What I know is what I need to remember to live the life I have chosen.
What you know is what you need to live your life your way.
When we come to teach and learn, we know what is needed.
When we come to heal and be healed, we have what is needed.
When we come to bless and be blessed, we remember what is needed.

Each has a holy (healing and awakening) purpose.
Each one has the spiritual wisdom and worldly knowledge as they have need.
Each one seeks and finds the experiences, relationships and inner guidance they need.
Each one is on their own unique path to freedom and trust, to power and Peace.

There is a time of exploring, experimenting and trying our own way.
There is a time of learning and growth, healing and rebirth.
There is a time of judging, neglecting, forgetting and ignoring.
There is a time when we awaken and return to a path of Love.

I know we are all seeking to feel safe and secure.
We then move into belonging, achieving and actualizing.
We all want to live our lives the best we know.
When we are complete with our unique missions, we then serve and support others.

We each have an integral piece of the whole.
We each know what we need for our peace.
We each share and communicate fully with trust.
We all come together in the circle of trust and freedom.

And so it is, we know Perfect Goodness and (what many call) God!
Use your own words and interpretation.

Origin of Inner Listening for me.

In 1976 it was suggested I sit and do nothing for just five minutes daily by a spiritual mentor/teacher.  I chose 5AM in the morning and immediately saw/felt and heard a vision of a Home of Infinite Love available to all people.  Over the years,  I have co-created many such Centers and Homes with the guidance of Spirit within. The next morning I brought a pad of paper and a pen to sit, and as I was simply breathing, I knew words were coming into my mind and I wrote them down.  When I later read them, I saw they had great spiritual meaning.  As an innocent, trusting and ‘True Believer’, I then quieted myself every morning and began to follow what I heard within.  My life became fun, safe, easy and miraculous in so many ways.  I learned, forgave and grew spiritually daily from every relationships.  This is was the origin of what I call “inner listening” and have taught to hundreds of willing learners over the last 30 years.

The Origin of emailed Loving Reminders for me.

In the winter of 1998, having just moved back to the Bay Area in California, I asked Spirit within what was my purpose and calling.  I was invited to sit at the computer and write down my daily inner listening and send it to those who requested it of me.  Since Dec, 1998 I have sat at my keyboard, everyday to write exactly what Spirit within guides.  I do not edit, correct spelling and embellish what I hear.  I simply send what is given to me to share with the now thousands around the world.
This is my inner listening given to all who choose to receive them.  Often it gives people what they need, practical spiritual and inspiring reminders, so they need not spend money on  hours of therapy or endless seeking for spiritual answers.  They seem to awaken and remind individuals who are willing and ready to change their lives for the Good of All.  I also have put many of the reminders into several little books, Loving Reminders, Peaceful Reminders and Relationship Reminders.  There are many other books waiting to be published, Healing and Healthy Reminders, Pocketbok of Affirmations, Family Reminders and more..  It is my joy to contribute to the healing and awakening of my spiritual family, all humanity.

May be all be benefited and blessed by every good and kind intention of everyone everywhere.
Blessed be. Betty Lue  “True B’Lue”

Honor What Is Good for You!

Affirmations:
I respect and value the Good in my life.
I give all I am given to be shared with all.
I increase the Good, as I share the Good I have.
Everyone benefits from the Good in my life.

Honoring the Good in you is Gift to your world.

Be at peace and know that peace is a gift.
Be whole and know your wholeness is a blessing to all.
Be happy and realize your happiness extends to everyone.
Be Love and know Love heals and prevails.

Life is a circle.
What we receive, we given.
What we give is received.
We are in integral part of that circle.

When there is flow, nothing is withheld, stuck or attached.
Where there is flow, there is abundance and renewal.
When there is flow, all are touched and blessed with Love.
When there is flow, we know and go wherever there is a call.

Life is a gift to be shared.
When we honor the gift of life, we share our wholeness, happiness and peace.
When we neglect the gift of life, we keep looking to get fulfilled from outside.
When we receive the gift of life, we celebrate with gratitude, joy and generosity.
When we deny the gift of life, we may feel neglected, lacking and unloved.

Take time to receive the gift of life.
Breathe deep and receive the ecstasy and energy flowing through you.
Stretch your mind and body to the heavens, expanding and extending.
Sink deep into the earth and feel the firm foundation and realization of your blessings.

Life gives us everything we could possible want.
Ask only for what is good for you and for all.
Utilize the gifts you are given always with gratitude.
Squander nothing and you will always be prospered.

Those who are needy do not appreciate the Good.
Those who are greedy to not share the Good.
Those who are lazy do not value their Good.
Those who are self depreciating do not receive the Good.

When we deny the value of our whole life, we waste what is ours.
When we celebrate the value of our whole life, we are enriched.
When we complain and criticize our whole life, we fail to see.
When we fully appreciate with learning and laughter, we increase our bounty.

Forgive all you judge and share your Good.
The Good you have is the Good in you.
The Good you give is the Good you do.
Appreciate the Goodness and it will grow.

Appreciating the Good You Are,
Betty Lue

You Are A Flower in the Garden of Life

If you would grow to be your best self
Be patient, not demanding
Accepting, not condemning
Nurturing, not withholding
Self-marveling, not belittling
Gently guiding, not pushing & punishing

For you are more sensitive than you know
Mankind is tough as war
Yet delicate as flowers
We can endure agonies
But we open fully only to warmth & light
And our need to grow is fragile as a fragrance
Dispersed by storms of will
To return only when those storms are still

So accept, respect,
Attend your sensitivity

A flower
Cannot be opened
With a hammer.

Bodies!

Affirmations:
I appreciate and care for my body, mind and spirit.
I value all I learn, create and contribute with my body.
I use all I am given with respect for its learn/teaching value.
I honor my life by using all I Have and Am with gratitude and Love.

What are bodies for?
Is your body to be used to do Good?
Do you have a body, so you can enjoy life?
Is your body a useful communication device?
Perhaps your body is useful to travel, create, build and have fun?

If you believe you need your body to be attractive, you may enhance it.
If you believe you need your body to be faster, you may energize it.
If you believe you need your body to be stronger, you may exercise it.
If you believe you need your body to be different, you may try to alter it.
If you believe you need your body to last longer, you may preserve it.

If you believe you are your body, you may be very afraid of losing it.
If you believe you are the body you wear, you may not want to wear it out.
If you believe you are your body, you may want it to always look good.
If you believe you are your body, you may see it as your identity.

Bodies often represent what we think of ourselves.
Like clothing we may work to make it look attractive.
Or life clothing, we may choose a disparaging or neglectful look.
When we like the body, we may get attached to its form and function.

Take time to see you body objectively. (if you can)
How do you care for your home, your car, your clothes, your body?
Do you value their purpose and their function?
Do you view them as your identity and reason for being?

What do you believe about bodies?
Are they your source of pleasure and pain?
Do they come with a warranty on wear and tear?
Are they a symbol of how well you have lived your life?

Perhaps you see them like a vintage car?
Take impeccable car of your body and it will serve you well.
Perhaps you see them like tools for getting work done?
Use them well and they will wear out in due time.

When we are in right relationship with our body, we can hear and respond to its needs.
When we are attuned to the purpose we have assigned the body, we treat it respectfully.
When we honor our self evaluation of our body, we extend to it the appropriate care.
When we release our attachment to the body as our identity, we respect its true value.

For some the body is their life.
They may believe they do not exist without a body.
For some the body is a temporary vehicle.
They use their body for their time on earth and lay it aside when done with their work here.

However you see your body, learn, enjoy, appreciate and respond to it with love.
Loving all of us as bodies, personalities and spiritual beings.
May we live fully with open-mindedness, appreciation and joy.
Betty Lue
