What Makes Your Life Work Well?

Let’s get real.
Let us be very practical.
What makes my life work well, may not be for you.
You need to get very clear and commit to what works well for YOU!

Inspiration:
What works well for me is being inspired and spiritually guided.
Living with spiritual principles and listening within for what is Good, inspires me.
When I choose what brings happiness and joy, I know I am on track.

Choice:
I am able choose what is best for me.
When I choose with awareness of what I really want, I clear the path to full experience.
When what I have chosen does not work, I simply stop and choose again.

Focus:
I use all my, time, energy and resources focused on the life I choose to experience.
I am focused on living true to my principles and mission in every encounter.
Everything I do in someway supports what I have chosen to be, do and have.

Forgiveness:
I use forgiveness as the cleaning agent to clear away all that I do not want.
I forgive whatever I experience as interfering with happiness, healthy and fulfillment.
Forgiveness is an eraser filled with Love, and is the tool to return to being inspired.

Freedom:
I am free to choose what I think and say and do.
I am free to choose what I want to experience and contribute.
I am free to Live with Love and Happiness, Inner Peace and Gratitude.

Organization:
Being organized makes my life efficient and effective.
2013 is already scheduled with classes and clients, family time and vacations.
I have what I need to accomplish my daily priorities, so I can flow with what comes.
Everyday morning and evening my home and office are clean, organized and beautiful.

Renewal:
I take time daily to renew my choices and focus.
I renew my commitments each time I speak or write.
I utilize all gratitude to fill me up with a renewed sense of purpose and direction.

Simplicity
I live simply, by letting go of distractions, inner conflict and insignificant choices.
Letting go is fun, safe and easy when I naturally release everything that is not for the Greater Good.
I easily release stuckness, attachment, grievances and guilt and return to my natural innocence.

Trust:
I trust in the choices I make.
I trust in the Voice for Love and allow myself to forgive and return to Love.
I trust in the Goodness and Love within all Creation.

This is what I rely on to live a life that is meaningful, fulfilling and inspiring for me.
Observe your life to find what are the keys to your life.
There are many more than you might imagine.
Even as I am writing this, I see how beauty is essential in my home and ourside is key.

Keep on adding to your list of what makes your life work well.
Fill everyday with what is good for you.
Let go of those time and energy consuming experiences that drain or deplete you.
Live with those you love and the ingredients that make your life happy and whole.

Loving us all as we become choosers instead of losers.
Choosing to love you and me endlessly,
Betty Lue

30 Days to Healing and Seeing things Differently!
Fun, safe and easy way to freely live and fully love.
This exercise has a profound impact on how we see and live our lives.
This daily practice will heal and transform your life
With continued practice, there will be a spiritual awakening.

Forgiveness heals our perception and gives us Response-Ability.
Choice empowers us to Create our Experience Consciously.
Gratitude expands what we Choose and increases our Joy.

Daily Practice:

Begin each morning with a pad of lined paper and a pen.
Write and say 30 forgivenesses as they come to mind.
Simply write “I forgive”…and let the rest just come from within.
(No need to understand or feel anything.)
I forgive you for being mean.
I forgive myself for letting anyone hurt me.
I forgive my body’s limitation.
I forgive myself for being late.
I forgive everything.
Make the sound “AAAH” for 1minutes.
Imagine that you are opening your mind.
Now write and say 30 Choices.
I choose to be happy.
I choose to be free.
I choose to do what I love.
I choose to forgive….

In the Evening (before bed)
Write and say 30 Gratitudes
I appreciate the energy I have.
I love being happy.
I am grateful I have you in my life.
I thank God.
Make the  sound “OM” the Universal sound for Love and God for 1 minute.

PS Even a few of each is better than none.
Do what you can and trust it is working.
Even when you are driving to work, you can do this process aloud.
The key is your willingness to DO THE WORK!

Loving You always,
Betty Lue
