Random Acts of Kindness

Yesterday, a beautiful bowl of flowers showed up at our home.
What a beautiful and bountiful surprise inviting joy and gratitude!
When we do the unexpected without asking for anything, we are truly giving.
When we give like innocent children simply wanting to share, we are truly loving.

Anonymous Giving is natural and effortless Loving.
Giving from our heart expects nothing in return.
Giving for the sheer joy is honest and healing.
Giving simple ways for no reason is delightful.

When you are happy, share your happiness.
When you are grateful, share your gratitude.
When you are creative, share your creativity.
When you are peaceful, share your peace.

When the world teaches us to share misery and suffering, drama and degradation, we increase them.
When our heart, inner guide, encourages us to share the Goodness and Beauty, we increase them.
When we experience people who love to compare how bad it is for them, there seems to be connection.
When we join with people who celebrate the Good in their lives, we are lifted up into gratitude and joy.

We have a choice.
We can bear glad tidings of great joy.
We can bring news of what ails us and others.
What we perceive we strengthen and what we share we increase.

Random acts of kindness open the way to see, feel and believe Love prevails.
Acts of kindness demonstrate that we are happy to be able to give.
Being kind to our neighbors, family and friends as well as strangers, inspires Love for All.
Giving for the pure Joy of sharing what we have inspires us to give and share even more.

When we give, we receive.
When we receive, we are inspired to give.
When we share, everyone has more.
When we care, we share, inspire and give.

Your Light is a blessing to those who you shine upon.
Your Life is for Giving and You are the Gift!

Loving you each and everyone.
(even if we have not met…..I am loving you!)

You Are A Flower in the Garden of Life
If you would grow to be your best self
Be patient, not demanding
Accepting, not condemning
Nurturing, not withholding
Self-marveling, not belittling
Gently guiding, not pushing & punishing

For you are more sensitive than you know
Mankind is tough as war
Yet delicate as flowers
We can endure agonies
But we open fully only to warmth & light
And our need to grow is fragile as a fragrance
Dispersed by storms of will
To return only when those storms are still

So accept, respect,
Attend your sensitivity

A flower
Cannot be opened
With a hammer
