Live, Love, Laugh and Have Fun!

Do you have enough fun?
Do you laugh and smile everyday?
Do you make others happy?
Do you enjoy your life?

Many agree that those who are happy are healthier than others.
For sure when you are happy, you will feel better, look better and live better.
Those who know how to be happy, find ways to make themselves happy even in difficult times.
When you are laugh and smile everyday, you brighten others lives as well.

We may be sucked into seriousness by our world.
We get drawn into drama by the media.
We allow ourselves to be influenced, irritated, inflamed .by traffic, politics, and money stuff.
We watch too much negative news and sensational star stories.

Where do we find time for timeless moments of awe and amazement?
How do we step away from schedules and into spontaneous enjoyment?
When do we experience feelings of safety in solitude and silent reverence?
What can we do to live fully and laugh freely and love joyously?

Life is meant to be enjoyed.
Love is meant to be shared.
Laughter is meant to be freeing.
Only you and I can choose to have it all.

Believe it or not, the opportunity is always available.
With a change of mind, we can have it all.
With a change of heart, we can feel the best.
With a change of choice, we can create what we desire.

Where and how and with whom?
These are the usual limiting questions.
Pay nothing and get everything.
Better than a drug and more real that a dream.

Watch the clouds.
Listen to the birds.
See children playing.
Sit under a tree.
Walk in the rain.
Sing along to your favorite songs.
Eat the dessert you want with glee.
Shout your love for someone.
Breathe clean fresh air.
Get out of your car and walk.
Clean one room and enjoy it.
Spend a moment everyday just loving yourself.
Shoot some hoops or just skip a little.
Breathe in a out your thanks for the blessings.
Read or watch something that makes you smile.
Give a stranger an unexpected smile or greeting.
Think of the happiest times in your life.
Let everyone know you appreciate them.
Just be happy for the joy of it.

You deserve to be happy.
Choose happiness.
Create happiness.
Appreciate happiness.

Happy with you and for you and all,
Betty Lue
