To Know Is To Love

Who do you “know”?
Who really “knows” you?
Do you truly “know” you?
Do you fully “love” you?

When we seek to “know”, we invite “Love”.
When we seek to judge, compare, analyze or evaluate, we have chosen to separate.
To unite in Love, is to be willing to drop all separation and experience the union of the Love.

There is no better place to be than to have no blocks to the awareness of Love.
Here in our Loving Union, we simply affirm “Love and Trust and Freedom to Be.”
I love you and you love me, when we simply are willing to accept the other as they are.

The world seems to teach to judge everyone and everything before deciding to LOVE.
When I am judging my condition or state of mind or body, I withhold Love.
When I am doubting myself and my choices, I am divided in my focus and uncertainty is the outcome.
When I forgive my judgments, questions and concerns, I recognize that there is only Peace.

In peace, I am healed and whole.
In Love, I am grateful and certain.
With happiness, I listen with trust and innocence in my heart’s desires.
I remember I am here to Love unconditionally, serve only Good with all my heart and remember Good.

When my mind is focused on the good, this is what I know and see and trust.
When my mind is divided by avoiding or clearing what I have judged, I dilute my focus.
When we remember always and only the Good, the way is clear and we are in Love.
Trust what you know in Love and free yourself to Live your Truth.

Life is Good, when we remember Love!

Loving us all as we remember to Trust in Love.

LOVE IS FREEDOM

The freedom for you and I to be who we are.
The freedom to live life as we do.
The freedom to make mistakes and learn from them.
The freedom to express our own truth as we see it.

LOVE IS TRUST

The trust that there is a constant flow of love,
no matter what.
The trust that, in spite of life’s problems,
we believe in and support each other’s right
to live as we choose.
The trust that in adversity,
there is healing and learning and gifts of love.
The trust that under conflict and emotional expression,
there is love

I love you and I trust you.
I free you to be all you are.
