Everything I Do, I Do for Love

When you want to build a world of Love, give Love to everything and everyone you encounter.
When you want to feed the world Good Love, plant only seeds of Love all the time.
When you want to live a life of Love, live and give with Love in your heart.
When you want to be an instrument of Loving Kindness, be consistent in loving all, including yourself.

To grow seeds of Love, one will need to water, weed and tend to Love within oneself.
To grow seeds of Love, one must forgive all lack of Love and weed oneself of hate, resentment and guilt.
To grow seeds of Love, one must consistently watch over one’s life and appreciate the crop of Love.
To share seeds of Love is to freely encourage others to Love one another in all activities.

When I look upon the world as my field of Love, my kingdom of Good, I see the Beauty and Goodness.
When I survey my territory ( which really belongs to all humanity), I see the Goodness growing there.
When I appreciate the contributions I have made and the work being done, I see all of us in partnership.
When I notice ways to remind my fellow planters of Love, I am encouraged by our holy work together.

Everyday and all the time, I am reminded how easy it is to change our inner story.
When we feel duty bound or obligated, we may feel resistance or resentment.
When we are thinking, “I have to”….or “I should” ….or “I better”……., we can change to “I want to”… and “I choose to….”
When we are using childish excuses, like “why me?” or “Whose going to help me?” or “When is it my turn?”,
know you can be the mature adult and teach by example showing the way to respect, responsibility and cooperation.

The One who knows how to build a world of Love is dedicated to loving service in every moment.
When I do the laundry, I do it with Love and for Love.
When I cook a meal or make a salad, I do it with Love and for the sake of Love.
When I take a shower and get dressed for the day, I do it with Love and for Love of all.
When I pay our “bills” or speak to a service provider, I do it with Love and for the gift of Love.
When I clean the kitchen or sweep the walk, I do it with Love and for the opportunity to Love.
When I watch TV or research on the internet, I do it with Love and for the joy of Loving.
There is nothing that cannot be done with Love and the gift of loving.

The demonstration of Love in all things is the act of teaching and service and healing and joining.
The thought of kindness and service creates more love in our world for all to see and experience.
The body responds to be used for Love’s sake with good health and endless vitality.
The mind is filled with creative thoughts and visions of appreciation and contribution.

There is no place where Love is not of value.
There is no relationship where Love is not healing.
There is no job where Love will not increase productivity.
There is no spot on earth where Love will not benefit and bless.

While Love may not be “welcome” by the guilty, the fearful and those in separation, We can love all.
While Love may be feared and resisted, we can silently and respectfully continue to Love.
While seeds of Love may not “take” and grow more Love, the act of Loving is beneficial.
While we may forget or judge or wait to get a response to Loving, it is important to Love anyway.

Choose for Love and Love will be your reward.
Loving you,

Betty Lue

“Our Greatest Fear”
Our greatest fear
is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light,
not our darkness,
that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves,
“Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented and fabulous?”
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that others won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some of us,
it is in everyone,
and as we let our own light shine
we unconsciously give other people permission
to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear
our presence automatically liberates others.
