Today we return from Hawaii, the Big Island, Kailua-Kona, after fully enjoying a wonderful time of renewal and revelation. We return to the same place once or twice annually, often with small groups of friends, students and clients for an inspirational retreat. Hawaii is a place to getaway and return to more innocence and natural living. The healing spiritual energies make our needs for forgiveness andHo’o pono pono more obvious. This land and its people maintain a connection with spiritual energies of gratitude and love.. Ancient teachings are still taught often through Hawaiian language, oral traditions, story-telling, ritual ceremony and dance. The ohana or family continues to be naturally important.
Elders and children are held in reverence with conscious respect and inclusion. There still are sacred sites and remembrance of the history of the peoples. The environment is honored and treated with conscious respect. We find inner and outer peace and harmony, ease and simplicity, delight and wonder.
There is a sweet serenity, sanctity and softness in how the sands, sky and sea connect with the islands.

Transformation and healing go together. Where there is waking up from the dream of lack, littleness and limitation, there is healing and a return to our natural state of wholeness and holiness. When we see ourselves as bodies, defending again illness, poverty and death, we are caught in the worldly paradigm of victimization and fear. The world out pictures and perpetuates the beliefs we hold in our minds.
The things we see do homage to our beliefs of lpain and suffering, grief and fear. All commercialization is really about continuing our allegiance to what our ego self holds true, valuable and necessary.
To free oneself from this insanity and layers of defenses and justification, requires constant erasing of the mind and allowing the Light of Holiness to shine on all things and make them new again. When we can fully forgive everything and everyone, including ourselves, the reality of pure Love and perfect Trust appears. When we are erasing, undoing and letting go of our attachments, fears and judgments of anyone or anything, we begin to see a creation of abundant beauty and goodness.
You might say, we see heaven on earth with our inner light shining all the shadow away.
The clouds of despair, disappointment and distraction fade into the background and we behold what really matters,,,,
Love everyone, including yourself.
Take time to remember Spirit, .to stay inspired and happy.
Give your life to what you really value.
Don’t forget you are making a difference with what you think, say and do.
Show up, pay attention, tell the High Truth and detach from the outcome. “Let go and let Good happen.”

Participants are responsible for their own air, lodging and food. Lunch is provided.
Retreat will be held in our condo at Kona Coast Resort. Lodging is available there if you wish a kitchen and full amenities. Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort (Ohana) next door, is an ideal hotel for easy transportation. Usually $1000-$1500/person.
