What Inspires you?

Inspiration comes from whatever inspires you.
Inspiration is different for every individual.
Inspiration is what energizes and enlightens us.
Inspiration may come from a variety of sources.

Some meditate.
Some listen within.
Some go to nature.
Some read Holy Books.
Some serve others.
Some practice yoga, T’ai Chi or a moving meditation.
Some perform random acts of kindness.
Some do specialized breathing techniques.
Some live in gratitude.
Some are creative with poetry, song or music.
Some practice forgiveness.

What do you do to inspire You?

To be inspired is key to being healthy and happy.
An integral aspect to living a balanced and integrated life is inspiration.
Spirituality can be defined as living an inspired life.
To take impeccable care of oneself requires daily inspiration.

Practical spirituality requires commitment, consistency, and choice.
Choose what inspires you!
Commit time, energy and money to what works for you.
Choose the best time and place and way to practice.

Everyone meditates differently.
There is no right way.
Everyone listens within and reads and serves and creates differently.
There is not one way or a right way to be inspired or to live spiritually.

Each teacher, book, practice, and form fits the needs of those who find it works.
There are an infinite number of ways to breathe, meditate and believe.
The work is for each of us to be honest with ourselves about what we need to be inspired.
We may need to try out many paths, many practices, many teachers to find what benefits us.

I am encouraging you to seek that which works.
Practice daily that which works for you.
Give yourself the very best source of inspiration for you consistently.
Love yourself enough to stay inspired, no matter what is happening in your life!

You life is a gift to you.
Treat is wisely and well.
The Good you give yourself benefits those around you.
Give yourself the Best,

Betty Lue

Do It Anyway
People are often unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies.  Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you.
Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy it all overnight.
Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous.
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough.
Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.
