Do What Comes Naturally!

When we live following our own instincts, we learn to do what creates the most health and vitality, strength and comfort, peace and harmony, happiness and fulfillment……
We do what feels good.
We do what feels right.
We do what works.

When we learn from our elders, our history, our teachers and preachers, we learn to do what others tell us.
We learn to be sophisticated, to conform to others’ teachings and beliefs.
We become adulterated and influenced by the way authorities demand.
We become externally referring.

When we pay more attention to others than to ourselves, we lose awareness of our inner voice.
When we listen to the threats, demand and seduction of the world, we let go of inner guidance.
When we follow the crowd, our peers and the fads of the times, we weaken our natural instincts.
When we listen outside and fail to listen within, we lose our authentic selves.

Ugh!
Ouch!
Oh Dear!
Lost, confused and afraid we even increase our external dependency and look for outside resources.
The latest book, the philosophers of the ages, the scriptures from all traditions, the loudest voice becomes our Source and our God.

What if Knowing You and Loving You and Trusting You is the Key to Freedom?
What if listening within it the path to a fun, safe and easy life?
What if every moment we take time to respect and honor our inner teacher, we find our way Home?
What if we must learn the Love within leads the way to Happiness and Inner peace?

Self-referring people are more creative and resilient.
Self-referring folks are more confident and self-assured.
Self-referring folks seem to lead a more fulfilling and happy life.
Self-referring folks seem to know what works and do what works.

Take time to listen today.
Strengthen your ability by practicing this ancient and natural way to live.
Give yourself time to pay attention to what you intuition tells you.
Allow yourself to find and respect your own uniqueness.

We each have a part to play, a way to live, that gives us peace and contentment.
We all can know inside what will lead to good for everyone we encounter.
When we take impeccable care of ourselves and live in integrity with our own values, we are at peace.
When we are at peace and in love, we naturally are good to those around us.

Begin today to restore your willingness to listen within.
